I dropped a new Canik Rival SFX off to get a quote on porting the barrel. Was told to expect a call by the end of the week. After several calls and three weeks later, no quote, no call and nothing. I went and picked up the gun and sent the slide and barrel to a company in Tempe Arizona. Had the job done and sent back to me in three weeks. I just wasted my time with the Keith Warner Gunsmith guys. They are nice and all, but not very responsive to small jobs I guess.

On July 21, 2022, I went to Keith Warner’s shop and dropped off my Browning Bar 30-06 to have the trigger/ safety worked on. I was told that it would take about 6 weeks to complete. No price or anything like that was discussed, and to be honest, that was not my concern. Fast forward to 3-14-23, almost 34 weeks later, I have called the shop many times (often with no answer) gone to the shop in person (and they were randomly closed with no warning), and have been told the job was over looked and they would get to it immediately. Every time I went to the shop, my information was taken down and I was told I would get a call back in a few days about the gun, but sadly the call never came. Last Friday, March 10, 2023, I was finally able to get the staff on the phone and told them I would like to pick up the gun on Tuesday (today), which was the next business day they were open. They took all of my information down and said the gun would be available for pick up. To my surprise, on Tuesday (today) the shop is randomly closed and I am unable to get anyone on the phone in order to retrieve my property. I began to research the shop and have found this is an ongoing problem with this business, and have read many stories similar to mine. This is an unfortunate situation, and I just want my property back from this business. I hope the staff can come together and provide some type of customer service in the future.

I dropped off a gun to be customized 12/01/22. I was told 10 different lies about why it was taking so long for a 6 week job. I picked up my gun 07/26/23. No modifications done at all. Very strange establishment. Do not recommend anyone do business with this guy at all. It won’t let me post with zero stars or I would have.

We were told that our gun would take around 6 weeks to fix. That was 34 weeks ago! The staff rarely ever answers the phone. We called last week and finally got in touch with someone, and they said they would have it ready on Tuesday, which is today, and one of their regularly scheduled business days. Tried to go pick it up today.... And they are closed. I cannot get anyone on the phone. At this point, it seems as if they have misplaced our property or are simply refusing to give it back. I don't know what the deal is, but please be very cautious if you decide to do business with them. I would advise against it.

If I could give this place negative five stars, I certainly would. I took my shotgun here back in August of 2021 for a cerakote order. They told me it would take 3 to 4 weeks for the order to be finished.
It is now January 2022, and I STILL do not have my property. Between Aug and now, I've called these people at least twice a month asking when my gun will be returned. And every time I call they say the same thing, 'It's not back yet.' It's not ready, we'll call when it is.' Like I'm inconviencing THEM by wanting my property back.
At this point I thought about just eating the cost and just getting another shotgun. But I'm like, this ain't startwars collectable, it's a deadly weapon. For all I know it's being sold on the street. And it's registered in my name.
So the next call I'm making is to the BBB. This is no way to do business with people.Because this beyond ridiculous.

Keith did a trigger job for me on a 1976 S&W model 66 several years ago. Still the best trigger in the safe. Smooth as silk. Keith could only have gotten better since. I have since moved to Georgia, wish I had such a competent smith here.

Took my shotgun here in May of this year to get it cleaned. It is now October and I’ve called them a few times and it seems like they have not even touched it.

Keith and his staff was so helpful and professional. Buying and selling thru Keith was easy. I never once had an issue. I highly recommend Keith Warner Gun shop.
