“Very friendly and knowledgable owners. Their showroom is bigger than any other I've seen in Memphis. My husband and I were looking for a 10x14 for our living room and ended up finding the perfect rug at an amazing price here. They even threw the pad in for free! I've been recommending them to all my friends.”
“For trucks delivering to this location, follow dispatch and delivery instructions from the shipper. When you arrive, on the far left, you will see 3 docks. The 2 closest to the trader Joe's belongs to them. The 1 near the hand rail belongs to The Container Store. I was able to weave through the parking spots without jumping a curb or rutting up the flower beads and backing from the parking lot to the dock door. Good luck. According to the instructions you can't park until after midnight. But at 10 pm, the trader Joe's employees leave and I was undisturbed overnight.”
“SHOUT TO THE BEAUTIFUL WOMEN AT SOFT SURROUNDINGS IN GERMANTOWN THIS MORNING ????? My mom and I visited this morning for its one of her favorite stores. As soon as we walked in the store, a Beautiful young lady greeted us from behind the counter. She was so helpful and nice. As we walked through the store another sweet lady informed us on the great sales they had and where to find them. Everyone was so nice and made us feel so welcomed. They also have some Beautiful pieces that feel sooooo good against the skin. Thank you Ladies for the amazing customer service and making our visit a Beautiful experience.”
“Yes, the bed is worth it!! Veronica was so thorough and patient as we bounced back and forth to find the best fit for us. Super impressed with her follow up! If she ever did not know the answer to one of our questions, she graciously leaned on her teammate, Robert. Talk about professional and putting the customer first!! She always checks in to see how we are sleeping & making sure we are satisfied. Thanks to her knowledge and patience I’m now getting the best sleep of my life & wake up ready to tackle the day ahead! My mom has one also & her daily morning complaints of pain are now nonexistent! A “good night’s rest” is such a real thing!! Highly recommend you go visit Veronica!!”
“I've been shopping here for gifts since I was a child. They have moved from the original location to another smaller spot in the same shopping center. I was a little disappointed that they had downsized so much but I understand in today's economy. My son needed an 18th birthday present for his GF and I immediately thought of this shop. Joanna was amazing! She took the time to ask my son some questions and actually get to know about his GF to help him make the best choice. She went as far as to ask about her being in a sorority and needing a piece for their socials. Joanna you were amazing! My son has already told his friends about the store. Great job you did amazing!!”
“It’s gotten really expensive so you need to know how to use your coupons to best advantage. Overall that means waiting till something is not on sale and then using a 50% off coupon if that’s available that week.”
