“Purchased the man o' war speccast p-51. It was in mint condition even being 20 years old. I used to buy from Aikens Airplanes at Oshkosh and now I can buy from them from the comfort of home. I'd recommend any of their models because you will get a mint condition cared for model.”
“Very helpful young lady there went so far out of her way for me. She spent probably 15 minutes trying to help me find what I needed and even went so far as to open up one of the products packaging to make sure it had exactly what I needed. I felt really bad because in the end it did not have what I was searching for. I hope she doesn't get in trouble for opening packaging that I ended up not purchasing but she certainly made my visit to this store a pleasant one and made a lasting impression on me as to what sort of caliber associates you have working for you. She made Michael's customer experience a treat when compared to most other retailers these days and I commend her. Wish I knew her name but she has red hair for anyone that matters. “My experience here has been good. The service is nice. Sometimes they greet you when you come in sometimes they don't. I dont think it's a being rude thing. I think it's just them being busy. That said, they do always talk to me and ask me how I'm doing when I get to the checkout. I like the selection of stuff they have. It's a good place to go to for Easter and stocking stuffers for Christmas, things like that. It's a nicer version of dollar tree. Nothing special but not a bad place to visit.”
“The only time I could visit was after work around 7pm and they're closed. Contacted them about making appointment after hours. The owner Matt meet me at the store for an appointment and was extremely helpful.”
