“I had the best experience at this store! I have wanted a Lovesac couch for a veryyy long time and it was so fun to get to finally pick out all the details! The store is so cute and they were so very nice. Brandon helped me and was very patient with me- I take forever to make decisions! He helped me figure out all the different things and reassured me to take as much time as I needed. Her even told me about the heroes discount which is AWESOME! Thank you! It was a great experience and the customer service was excellent! I cannot wait to get it! 10/5 ☺️”
“Yes, the bed is worth it!! Veronica was so thorough and patient as we bounced back and forth to find the best fit for us. Super impressed with her follow up! If she ever did not know the answer to one of our questions, she graciously leaned on her teammate, Robert. Talk about professional and putting the customer first!! She always checks in to see how we are sleeping & making sure we are satisfied. Thanks to her knowledge and patience I’m now getting the best sleep of my life & wake up ready to tackle the day ahead! My mom has one also & her daily morning complaints of pain are now nonexistent! A “good night’s rest” is such a real thing!! Highly recommend you go visit Veronica!!”
