I've banked with First Horizon since it was First Tennessee. Wish they'd change their opening hours back to 9am instead of 10 but at least they are open until 5pm and have a teller machine which I use mostly.

Kelly Niklas, the Financial Center Manager at this location is a, friendly, experienced solutions-oriented banker. She is to banking what Chick-fil-A is to fast food - service beyond expectations! I highly recommend Kelly and the staff at this branch for their exceptional customer service.

I got a First Tennessee VISA Signature Card. Today I tried to redeem my rewards. After being given st least 5 different numbers and listening to many different recordings, I find out that rewards department didn't even have me in the system. The whole experience was a nightmare.
