The service is good as long as you do not plan to do a complex transaction. If you do, another First Horizon branch will serve you better. Whatever, is more complex than the already limited (in relation to other Banks website), you will get an answer “we are sorry we cannot help you…”.First Horizon is far behind in web services anyway and I bet the “sorry we cannot help behavior“ reflects to its limitations. Otherwise is a clean, “professional” space if this is what one is looking for.

Typical chain bank location, conveniently located on a corner. No real complaints about the service or staff here. It makes for a good landmark for locating other businesses in the area.

Dee was so friendly and helpful! I usually do all of my banking through the mobile app, but it is so refreshing when I need to make cash transactions to have tellers and universal bankers who make an effort to get to know customers rather than mechanically performing transactions. Nahmias is also wonderful. He runs the drive through effortlessly and still makes sure to greet walk in customers even during the busiest times of day. This branch is awesome!

These jerks gave me hassles when trying to cash a check. Do not go here. Go to a different location.
