Joy went above and beyond any other experience I’ve had a Kinkos and i have had great experiences! She knew her stuff, she was patient, she was quick and she was so so so kind! I was in a personally in a stressed bad mood when i walked in and left feeling more.. JOYFUL! :) everyone else that worked there was so helpful and kind too. I think I’ll use this location even when I’m not in memphis.

Exceptional Service!!! Stephanie was truly amazing!!! It is rare these days to find customer service that i found at this store, with her. She exceeded all my expectations. She made it quick and easy and very engaging. I was so impressed with her. I hope they know how lucky they are to have her!!!!I will be back more because of her great care and service. Way to go FedEx!

Do not use FedEx. They lie about attempted deliveries and delays and falsify scans so that they don't have to pay claims. FedEx isn't a trustworthy company.

Gavin was an absolute gem! I printed color certificates but I also needed one book comb bound. I asked Gavin if it would be possible to have it done while I waited. He said he was already working on a large order of binding and wouldn’t be able to get to it. I then asked him if they sold report covers. He showed where the were and resumed working on the previous order. When I returned to the register to purchase the report cover, Gavin said that he would bind my book since it was just the one. This made my day! It also made the day of the student and family I was making the book for! This student was moving to a new country and this book will be treasured for years to come! Thanks so much for great service, Gavin!

The packaging center has some registers that do not function correctly. Some of the staff have mediocre skills and personalities that are lacking in the customer service department. I stood in line for 20 minutes to be directed to a register /station that was not working before I got there. Why that register remained opened is beyond me. Two other station were working properly, as I observed other people who had stood in line behind me complete their transactions in a more timely manner and leave the store. No paper/ printed receipt was available for the three boxes I paid to have shipped. I asked for an email receipt when the worker was unable to print. I was told that wasn't available and that another cashier could help once he finished with another customer. I waited ten more minutes for the other cashier working over at another register to come and tell me he could email me a receipt. He said he would have to restart that computer / checkout station, it would be best if I left my email. He took down my email but didn't email me. Once back at home, over an hour later, I phoned the store manager in order to receive an email with my receipt and tracking numbers. I ship often with UPS and FedEx at other locations in Memphis and previously through the years in other states. This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in a shipping store including USPS.

FedEx Jiu JitsuHere's what I had to FedEx:1 pair of men's shoes size 10.51 replacement airpod1 pack of bel vita bites (brown sugar & cinnamon)5 coat hangersDon't ask WHY I had this ridiculous assortment of items, I HAD to FedEx them to my college son PRONTO!And that's where FedEx employee Joy found me, disoriented, at a side counter, unfolding multiple size FedEx boxes and bags and looking out the window. She gently took the aforementioned items away from me, grabbed a FedEx box (MEDIUM, mind you) performed some kind of FedEx Jiu Jitsu, wrangling said items into submission, and then swirled to the counter with that box taped shut; smiled and asked where I would be shipping today. It was something to behold.
