My PS4 pro had lost power and would not turn back on. He got me back in working condition!

“I can not recommmend this location highly enough. If you are having ANY issues with your phone or laptop you should bring it to this location and get it looked atThe associate I worked with was named Micah Williams. He was very understanding and patient. I had a very terrible situation where my phone screen was broken, Asurion warranty wouldn't fix it so they had to send me another one, and I couldn't use my normal card to pay because it was being flagged for fraud and obviously I couldn't access my phone to say that it wasn't!During the entire time this is happening, the associate was patient and let me use their phone to make the calls I needed to my family, the bank and to Asurion to ensure I reached a the best possible resolution to my situation. I will be receiving my replacement device tomorrow and they will also transfer everything from the old device to the new device for me as well!I could not ask for better service and better human beings than the ones at this location. Thank you so much for your help and I can't wait to finally have my phone back in my posession. You were all wonderful.If you need help with anything phone or computer related, this store will do everything possible to help you in your scenario. If they can't do anything at all, they will go out of their way to look up somewhere in the area that can resolve your situation. Absolutely awesome people!”
