I went in to get a cup and they charged me for a whole coffee. Most gas stations charge like $0.50 at most for a cup. Also gross bathrooms.

A 24 hour advertised convenient/gas station store that puts up a sign “close!” With all the lights on. And the Circle K customer 1-800 line goes straight to voicemail. What a joke. Totally unprofessional.

Waited over 5 minutes for 2 cashiers to count money. I was the only one left in the store because 2 people walked out. Then one of the cashiers helped someone else that just walked up. I sat my drink and food down and walked out. Very poor management. I bought the dip and save a few days ago, and usually spend a few extra dollars when I get my drink, never again. Told all of my employees to find a different store to start going to.

This place is five stars. Sadly though Linda pushes it down to 1. She is rude. She is abusive. She is truly awful. She is the definition of passive aggressive. When she is there we walk out and go elsewhere.

I go in there once a week and all the workers are mean and disrespectful. No smiles, no thank you. It just seems like every time I go in there, they are not nice and ghetto. And I have seen them be mean to other customers.

I went to this gas station last week to fill my Jeep. As soon as my Jeep was full, the pump had overfilled and the gas was all over. Luckily the man with the burgundy sports car came right on time to help me watch the pump as I told the cashier to do a emergency cut off. I asked them about my refund the same day and the next day, and they told me it supposed to come back on my card. Later this week, I spoke with the manager. She was rude and told me they don't do refunds and said I was at fault because I was depending on the pump to stop itself as it fills and her employees to report to her. She claimed that I left it running, but i was standing there the entire time. She never showed me the no refund policy as well. If anyone needs to get fired, it's the entire staff. This place has the worst service and I will never go back there again!

The woman who works there is rude and takes no accountability. She needs customer service training in a bad way. They also do not stand by the product. I was charge for something I did not get and they would not refund me. I will say the young man who was new was polite and tried to be helpful. They told me I could come back when the manager was there or call to talk to the manager. They did not tell me when the manager would be at the station. She was frustrated when I asked for the phone number. The headache of getting it resolved and time this will take is not worth the $$. Probably what management is counting on. Terrible service.

I dont recommend this gas station. The staff is extremely rude and racist. Ive tried going multiple times since its right next to my job i just try to avoid going inside. The air and vacuum machine is a scam do not use your credit card on it it will just take your money. I went in being kind and friendly they just ignored me as i was standing in the line i said excuse me can someone help me lady just told me "naw my shift just ended" okay can you get someone to help me? She just ignored me. Save your self some time and just stay outside and pay at the pump or just go down the street which is what i will be doing from now on.
