“There were a few hiccups in communication when my car was getting done. That’s perfectly fine we are all human and mess up but that’s not what got me about this experience. It was how they handle those mess up’s. Service king/ crash champions went ABOVE AND BEYOND to fix errors that were made. The manager himself brought my car to my work and returned my rental no charger and AFTER HOURS. How awesome? That’s what I call customer service. We all are going to mess up but customer service is how you handle those mess ups. Perfect customer service would recommend to everyone. Thank you so much for your kindness and help it’s more appreciated than you know. I work two jobs and have limited time. This meant the world to me. Also I had a very dirty car when it was given to them and they cleaned the crap out of that car. So cool. That wasn’t even expected. Thank y’all so much❤️ for everything truly! Oh and the manager helped make sure my rental was in tip top condition upon return. You can’t get much better then this place. Not to mention the repairs were flawlessly done. 10000/10 go here.”

“I travel all over the United States for work. My Chevy 4500HD was really in need of some attention. Drove around to 5 other places and was turned away for whatever reason. Pulled in on these guys and within a few minutes we agreed on a fair price and they were on it. These guys did an excellent job, better than what I was expecting. They are very professional and just a great group of people all the way around. I highly recommend them. Next time I'm rolling through Memphis I will definitely be heading back to them. I had to replace my antenna, the manger took the complaint & all the receipts agreed to reimburse me, which I have emails & text messages to prove!! Keeps telling me I'll receive a check in two weeks since November 20th l!! Have not been paid!! Next contact with Erica c******* was Dec10th check is in the mail!! So unprofessional still have not received payment!!!”

“Good concept. I like the unlimited time for a flat rate. Nice updated use of an old car wash. A bit cramped but my GMC Sierra truck fit with only a little maneuvering. Only gripe is that the vacuums are too close to the bay.”

“I love this gas station. It seems to be under great Managment. The station is always clean, the pumps have receipt tape, and on the rare occasion I need to go inside it's neat, clean, organized, and the staff is fast, friendly, and most importantly... well educated and polite. It's like a breath of fresh air compared to the other stations in town!!!”
