DO NOT use these cleaners. They lost a pair of my pants. No one will call me back. I have called multiple times trying to get reimbursed for the pants they lost and keep being told that someone will call me and they don’t. Every time I call back I get the run-around. Very poorly managed. They clearly do not care about their customers.

Items were well cleaned but they charged me a $15 credit card fee. When I asked what the extra charge was for, they pointed out a small sign that said they have a cash price and a credit card price. When I asked to cancel the credit card transaction so I could pay the cash price, I was told there was no way the transaction would be canceled. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there was no one there. I will not be returning to Bensinger’s.

I called about having a shower curtain cleaned. The lady that answered was not very friendly. I ask if she knew someone that did clean them. She said no and hung up. No help at all! This use to be "the" cleaners to use in Memphis.....but not anymore.

The state of Tennessee have no mask mandate anymore. I went to my Bensinger's dry cleaners and Jeniffer the attendant recognized me as soon as she saw my face. This place is amazing
