This branch is so inconsistent. We just waited for over an hour to deposit our business cash only to be told they didn’t have any staff that could accept that because they had to do training. So a bank literally would not let us deposit our cash into our account. They have a self service machine they were happy to point us to. When we’ve used that in the past it takes about 45 min. It spits bills out left and right that might be crinkled. Wasted my morning and awful customer service. The manager said the staff member was there but in training and no one could help. This is not the first time things like this have happened and many times when we’ve set up business meetings the person sitting with us has no idea what they are doing and wind up messing up our accounts. Today was the last straw for me and clients need to know not to waste their time here.

Great location. It’s like a completely different experience compared to other locations. All the staff is friendly and helpful, especially Tiffany. Thank you Tiffany for being so efficient, polite, pleasant, and helpful!

What a refreshing difference to go into the Germantown Branch. Normally no long lines and Conner and Lillian are such a great pleasure to work with. I actually look forward to going to the bank for our company so I get to see Conner and Lillian. All personnel there are friendly and helpful. Joe Thompson

1st time at this location. I felt like I was on another planet compared to another branch I USED to go to. No line out the door. No slow tellers. No teller trying to steal money from a $500 check cashed as $50. Had an appt for notary but also had coins to trade. Arrived early so traded coins and she also did the notary. This location has put my faith back in BoA.

I went to the Collierville, TN BoA for help with a security issue on my account and was told there by a representative that she "did not have time" to help me. The rep. (small, dark-haired, woman) was extremely rude and gave one-word answers to my questions and when I asked what steps I should take to get my account un-locked, she said "I don't know what to tell you." I said "well, what do you recommend I do next?" and she said "you can come back tomorrow or go to a different branch."I went to the Germantown, TN location the next day and was immediately helped by Ms Rivas who solved the issue for me right there. Thank you to the Germantown branch!

I went into the branch in Germantown to cash a payroll check that the company that i work for has an account with Bank of America. I was greeted by a very friendly young man as I walked in he directed me to the line to the teller. I waited patiently my turn in the line. The young lady asked how may I help you. I told her I wanted to cash a check I gave her my check my state issued ID and my debit card from another bank. She asked me if the check was a payroll check I said yes. She then asked what company did I work for I told her the name of the company which is the same company name on the check. I told her that I had been here before to cash my check. She scanned the check and the tried to enter it in manually and she told me that the check was invalid and that I need to return it to my employer. I left the bank and called my employer and was told it would take 48 hours to investigate. So I had to wait a whole weekend because this was on a Thursday. I was notified by my employer that the check was valid in their system and there was no problems with the check. I decided to take my check to a different bank of America location. I patiently waited my turn in line and told the teller I wanted to cash my check. I gave her the check and my 2 identifications and she scanned it cashed my check gave me my money and asked if I needed anything else I said no she said have a nice day. NO PROBLEMS!!!!!. I don't understand why the young lady at the first location couldn't cash my check only she can answer that question. I want to thank her for the inconvenience it caused me.
