I moved from CA and so far every person I have spoken to has been amazing. I moved in 2 months ago and I have met so many amazing people and the activities here are beyond amazing. I have begun my new adventure.

Avenida Watermarq reminded me of an all-inclusive resort, right in the middle of Germantown. I can't wait to move there, I felt so relaxed on my tour at this extraordinary place which I hope to be my home in the future. My lease right now will not be up until March 2024. To live around my age group is very important to me. The residents at Acenida have a lot of social interaction for seniors, which would keep my brain sharp. I also like to give the Senior Sales Consultant Linda a high-five for making my tour enjoyable. She also invited me to the next wine and chocolate event this Friday. Thanks, Linda.

This place is in my long-term plan! With a beautiful pool area AND a separate courtyard with a fountain and fireplace, a library, a fitness room, a theater, a crafting room, and a pub, it has all of the rooms I want in my future home! Plus it comes with a wide variety of activities to keep one amused during the day and into the evening. Now...I just need to get my kids out of the house and age into this location! (Disclaimer for those who don't know how much I love my children: Don't worry! I love my teenagers and won't leave until they're independently settled!...I have a few more years before I turn 55 anyway.)

This is an amazing upscale facility. Friendly staff, great location , awesome amenities, meticulously clean, and a safe and secure environment. The residents are also so friendly and seem so happy here. My mom has been here a couple of months and she absolutely loves it as do we. Highly highly recommend!

Absolutely terrible place to live! The upper management is difficult to work with at best and bullies their elderly residents. The residents are scared to bring up issues with the facility or services due to retaliation and threat of eviction. Unprofessional and emotionally abusive!

What a great retirement community this is! We have excellent service from the staff. Very nice events are planned for our enjoyment. Some of which are: movies, bingo, art, wine parties, and we even have a library, game room and an exercise gym.I enjoy meeting and getting to know many of our residents.

I checked other places before I decided on Avenida. I couldn't find anything nearly as close to being as good as Avenida. I keep saying that as nice as this place is, the staff is even nicer! I enjoy my apartment because it has everything that fits my needs.

New 55+ active senior apartments with resort style amenities and services. Great location near Wolf River Greenway, restaurants, shops and services.
