I had to laugh at the review posted by Mazzy. Bitter- party of one. Ive worked out at most of ATC's in Germantown/Collierville. Im betting that sour review was by a staff member that worked there and didnt get the manager position that was recently open. Ive worked out at locations where this new manager was and she is awesome. Actually went there to workout today and she was wet wiping machines down WHILE she has a boot on one of her feet. Never seen that club dirty. Sure, all gyms get a little messy at times but this one is definitely not anything like she stated. Its a great club, great equipment, low membership pricing, 24/7 hours, staff is there weeknights til 10 I believe, shorter hours on weekends. If this review is by the girl that left, lets call it what it is. I never saw her do any work while I was working out. She was always standing behind desk talking to other co-workers. Loser.

It's busy here but it's busy for a reason. It's in a good area, feel safe coming here late, respectful clientele, plenty of room...always get a good workout here.

This place is disgusting. The equipment is dirty and the toilets are never clean. The new manager is highly unprofessional, rude, and lazy. I've never once seen her out of the office while she allows the employees to do whatever. GO TO ANOTHER GYM!! I promise the facilities will be cleaner.

This location is very nice, its spacious, its clean and equipment is spaced so that it allows members to move about with ease. Ample parking. Clean restrooms.

I moved to a different state in April 2022 ($314). I have called each month about my membership and they tell me each month they are sorry and it won't happen again and it is cancelled. I wouldn't trust them with any form of $$. I had to report it as fraud to my bank. Just ridiculous.

I've been a member of a lot of different gyms in my life, and this has been my best experience. Now I don't like classes or personal trainers. Don't need a pool or racquetball court, just quality and variety in equipment. I really enjoy the 24/7 access to all locations, but prefer this one. I've been to 5 and never had issues. There's no upwelling and the very limited staff I regularly see cleaning the facility and wiping down equipment. Anytime I've asked about something they've been polite and professional. I have no doubt this is the best fitness center for my needs.

Men's room is always filthy and never looks like it's been cleaned. I've seen their employees use the restroom and not wash their hands. Very disgusting.There's always large groups of high school kids horsing around in the locker room and on the gym floor. Very distractingMight be best to find another gym...

Poor customer service! I walked into ATC on Forest Hill Irene which I had been a member before to inquire about re-joining. This was the most rude experience I've ever encountered at any establishment. He gave me a blank stare after letting me in. He did not greet or speak to me after I said hello twice. Well, after the second hello, he said yeah, what's up? I was taken aback by his demeanor and lack of professionalism that I walked out without joining. ATC and other businesses I'm finding here in Memphis need to teach their front desk attendants at the very least how to greet and treat potential customers. If they do not have the right personality, they do not need to be at the front desk!

Been a member at this location since 2010 . No matter how many gyms I’ve been too , I always come back to this one ! Love it here
