“Great shop and the only reason we came to Gatlinburg. Traffic, as always, beyond ridiculous. $20 parking for 15 minutes of shopping. We are seniors who have trouble getting around so Park & Ride was not a great option. Still,the shop and shopkeeper's friendliness and helpfulness made the trip worth it.”

“Hillbilly Deluxe is a small gift shop off the side of the highway. Not a bad little gift shop, prices are comparable to other gift shops but nothing really stood out to me that made it unique.We just stopped by here since it was close to the cabin we were staying in.”

“My granddaughter and I were in Gatlinburg over the weekend when we went into Michael's Sportswear for her to get a shirt. She tried a shirt on and unknowingly left a lanyard/wallet she had with her. It contained a school ID and for her a large amount of cash. When we got home to Nashville and she realized what happened we called the store. Michael ( I think that was his name) went to the dressing room and found it. I asked him if he could possibly send it back to us since we couldn't drive back three hours to get it. On top of sending it back, he called the next day to say he had taken it to the post office and we would have it back in a day or two. In this day and time it can be hard to find honest people sometimes and he restored my faith in others. My granddaughter was so greatful as well as I am. Please, if you are in Gatlinburg, shop at Michael's and also say thanks!”
