“This hotel has the best location for all of Gatlinburg. Being right beside the aquarium and 1 street over from the entertainment strip made it easy for walking or using the free trolleys. No wifi but still had phone/text service just fine. There was plenty to do in the town, so we didn't mind. The room had an adjoining door and we could hear the other room clearly through that but otherwise didn't hear any other guest rooms. All the hotel staff were amazingly polite and texted us to make sure everything was taken care of for any requests. The hotel was being worked on at a different building and the hotel restaurant was closed. But we would enjoy coming back another year. There is an elevator to use in the building on top of the hill for anyone instead of walking down. Just ask the hotel for the location of it. Biggest downside for us was no breakfast or coffee available in the hotel lobby. But we'll still come back.”

“Stayed here the past 3 years. It's a close walk to everything, the staff is always super nice and amazing. Just wish there on site restaurant would open back up.”
“We had a pizza and some fried pickles. The pickles were really good, the pizza we had was the All that Jazz. It is definitely going to be a place to go back to. It's far enough out of the way to be away from the crowds but still easy and quick to get to from downtown Gatlinburg.”
