“Absolutely wonderful experience! Every step was straight forward. There were no gimmicks just honest business. You knew what to expect from the get go. Customer service was top notch. No reservation needed, with less than a 5 min wait time to begin the rental process. Jeeps are well maintained and clean. We will be returning here to rent a Jeep for our next trip to Gatlinburg.”

“This guy was amazing! My husband and I are on our honeymoon when we popped 2 tires in Gatlinburg Tennessee and had to get a tow to pigeon forge. He was quick and took his time. After he dropped our car off at the tire shop, he gave us a ride back into town so we could enjoy the rest of our day while our car got fixed. 10/10 would recommend this man if anyone needs a tow. He doesn't take credit cards but he was straight forward with it over the phone.”
