Kenny was absolutely wonderful. He helped us choose the perfect hat for my boyfriend and answered all the questions we asked. Highly highly recommend Cowboy Up. Customer service was top notch!!

Bought a pair of shoes here that were handcrafted because of walking so much around town my feet started to hurt a lot and I needed comfortable shoes. These shoes have been so great since I bought them, I use them to go out, for work, for long walks and my feet have never hurt again. I wish they had a website so I could purchase more since I was only there on vacation.

I went check this store out today after being treated terrible at their sister store across the road. Although I did not buy anything the younger tall gentleman was very friendly and informative. Thank you so much for your help. I think you should promote this guy and have him train all the other employees.

The service here was phenomenal. Even though the store was busy, we got individual attention. The store had in stock a discontinued boot we had been looking for since October. The store clerk had to leave the store and go to the warehouse to get them. Your efforts are appreciated more than you realize. Thank you.

We got my husband a pair of work boots from here, and the staff was so incredibly helpful! This store didn't have what we needed so he called the other store and even with thousands of people here from the parade, we had the boots in his size, within 10 minutes. We actually sat and talked for about 40 minutes because they were so easy to get along with! He showed my husband what to do to keep his boots from breaking!
