Very unproffesional man working at the counter . Went in here Christmas Eve 2023. The man running the store was preoccupied with his friend buying lottery tickets. When it was my turn he got mad at me for putting my money on the counter instead of his hand which was a little psychotic. He didn’t have his hand out to take the cash anyway and his friend started laughing. He was very unprofessional and did not seem to understand English or etiquette manors. I have heard many complaints about him before. The problem is there are not many markets like this here so not many choices …

I bought a basic phone charger cube here for $10 and it doesn't even work. I tried calling the store to see if I could go back tomorrow to return it and their phone number is not even a real working number.

Horrible. Stay away. He is deceitful about his prices and over charged me. Did not want to give me a receipt. When he finally did and realized that he charged me nearly $110 for a carton of cigarettes when the posted prices were $5-$6/pack, I asked for my money back. He said NO REFUNDS. If I was not on vacation I would have called the police. Buyer Beware. Do not give him your business.

Will say he was decent to interact with and was nice about us coming in before close (first time to gatlinburg, i didnt know and right info and hours wasnt posted online or in store) asked to purchase 2 different items and was given response of "I guess" with a sigh. Starts being curt with me. Price sticker on only one of three items so total wound up being 74 for items that were nowhere near expensive online or other places. Granted I should of done my research but when I asked for a receipt after signing his copy, was told no. And prices of items arent even on receipt anyways. Get back and go to use a torch from him I had just bought, doesnt spark or ignite. At all. Has butane but nothing happens, change gas level, nothing. Upon closer inspection torch looks used, thought i had gotten one of the cheaper torches but whereas not even those had a price, I apparently chose wrong and should of bought a different torch. Going to return the torch and have a feeling I will be told i cant return or exchange it or even get a refund for it. Also feel like the whole "well how do I know it didnt work when you bought it and you broke it" card will be played. Not trying to be a j*** to anybody, just want honesty and transparency from where I spend my money. Especially my first time ever being to Gatlinburg

Found this place while visiting Gatlinburg and thought I would hop in for a cigar. Cigar prices were almost double of what they cost normally.
