Sold me a vape that did not work. Took it back inside, and the clerk said to blow through the bottom to get it to work. Tried, nothing. The clerk then said it probably needed charged. Went home and charged it, still didn't work. Refuses to give a refund. Have to contact my bank to file a fraudulent charge.
