I give the physical store and website 5 stars. The candles are great. They arrived safe and sound. Wrapped and secure. However, the shipping has a lot to be desired and gets 3 stars. I ordered on 9/28/23. Wrote asking about my order status on 10/10 with a response on 10/12 that my order had shipped. I checked my tracking number, my item still hadn't gotten to the post office.... until 10/16. I received my shipment yesterday. I had multiple other store items shipped from the same area and received everything else within 7 days. We live in Illinois and decided to do online rather than cram the car with purchases. So my advice is order early!! Despite the crazy shipping time, I will still order from More Than A Candle. The candles are wonderful.

I am so excited to have found this company! I have never been able to burn candles like I'd like bc of my sinuses. I took a chance on them and I can say I have burned several days in a row for hours at a time and haven't had the first problem!!! And they smell up my house so amazingly well!! Will definitely be buying these again! I added mine to my favorite candle holder!

Randomly came upon this shop after having lunch nearby. The gentleman behind the counter was super personable. The melts smelled amazing. I put some in my warmer as soon as we got home.

I went today and was blown away by their customer service. They were out of the melts I wanted so they made some for me while I waited! I can't wait to get home from vacation to start melting and enjoying.

I came across More Than A Candle at a craft show while visiting Gatlinburg. The owner was so kind to me and my grandmother and the scents were wonderful!!! I stocked up on the fall scents for my wax warmers and I’ve even been dipping my fingertips into the wax and massaging it into my extremely dry cuticles as a special treatment! I can’t do a lot of lotions working in the dental field and needing to take gloves on and off constantly, but one quick dip then massage it in, in the morning keeps my hands moisturized and non-sticky for hours! I love love love this moisturizing, heavenly scented multi-purpose wax!To add to all of this, I happened to leave my debit card at the craft show and the owner held onto it for weeks while trying to track me down to personally ensure that it was safe!!! That’s amazing to go above and beyond like that and I’m so thankful that there are still good people like this out there! Please support this wonderful business!!!

I bought three of their candles at Hikey Mikey in Pigeon Forge and I love them. We visited their store today in Gatlinburg and I bought six more. We're from Ohio but I'm making it a point to come here every time I'm in the area. Great scents and affordable. If you love candles like I do, you'll love this place.

First off, these candles are affordable and well worth the price! There are so many great scents to choose from! I miss living in the area so I can come explore the arts and crafts community on a regular basis, but often when I visit I make an attempt to stop here. If you love candles, this is your place!

I was in Gaitlinburg with friends that own a metaphysical shop.i personally LOVED these candles! I bought the fudge brownie scent and it is the BEST chocolate scent I have ever smelled. The lotion part is fantastic and the scent STAYS on your skin. Wonderful company, I will be ordering soon!
