On a road trip to Gatlinburg with friends, we had a problem with our rental car. Matt came in early to help us out and fixed our car quickly and affordably. He saved our vacation. Tom was also most helpful. These are two good guys and I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

Shout out to Steve at Gatlinburg gas! He was so helpful and informative. Traveling in a rental car and needed guidance on engine issue. Because of him I made it home safe as he helped me with the oil change and instructed me on what to look for in the future! Thank you so much!

Matt was my mechanic today he was perfect handled my car with care and threw in some free wiper fluid, go see Matt and make sure you tip him for his hard work he serviced my car first thing this morning no hesitation ❤️?

Love how professional the whole team is when it comes to their service. Matt is the best mechanic you’ll ever meet and he does the job right! From changing oil to replacing motor mounts, he is the doctor of vehicle care and maintenance. A very honest and compassionate group of people, especially to be located in a tourist trap town. Steve is also another great individual who works diligently in serving the visitor and local populous alike whenever they enter the store

My name is Michelle. I want to say up front that my family owns this quaint historical gas station. We take a lot of pride in being one of the businesses that still look historically original, while also giving that personal touch during your experience to Gatlinburg.
My managers and I have recently started working on our Google reviews here. Our goal is to make everyone's experience to this area a great one.
At Gatlinburg Gas we pride in giving awesome personal customer service.
Some of the older reviews were from other stations also going by 'Marathon Fuel' stations. I mention this because some of the things mentioned below we do not sell nor have we ever. However, we are sorry for any unhappy experiences you may have encountered while on vacation (or a quick trip) through Gatlinburg.
We don't price gouge and frown upon having our visitors leave feeling like they have been taken advantage of while visiting GSMNP.
We currently have a wonderful set of employees who are more than happy to help with any information you need while on your trip.
Please feel free to pick one of our business cards at the register and leave your review. We want to hear them all. Whether it is good (great), bad or indifferent. We strive everyday to make our family owned business one of the best.

Matt was very helpful. I had a slow leak in one of my tires and was facing an 8 hour drive home. Matt stayed after his work shift, found the screw in the tire causing the problem, and fixed it in 5 minutes. Made it home and the tire is still good to go. I also was charged a very reasonable amount for the work. Thanks, Matt!

Oh my the restroom for my granddaughter was so clean. Then I was also allowed to pay right there and park ... we caught the trolly to explore and he had all day park. He was conveniently at the sugarlands visitor center and river for once we left activities. What a day we had. I want to keep this a secret but I'm big on leaving a positive view when I can too. 5 stars of excellence. Oh and I get to fill up with gas!

We were having a problem with our heat sensor which caused a problem which made our battery to die on Memorial Day. The mechanic had a part sent over from the auto part store fixed the sensor changed our battery and we were on the way. Above and beyond nice and helpful.
