I'll give this store 2 stars because their pajamas were all adorable and looked so comfortable. However, the dark haired lady who was working the evening of May 6, 2023 was probably the most unfriendly retail employee we've ever encountered. She didn't greet anyone who walked in, and she acted aggravated that she even had to ring up our items. The only thing she said to us was the total of our transaction. No smile. No "Thank you". Nothing. This lady doesn't need to work with the public, period. I would not visit this store again.

Cute clothes but the lady working was extremely rude and had an awful attitude, kept walking behind me and my adult daughter straightening anything we touched, never not once asked if we needed assistance or if we were finding things ok, got up to register to pay and she kept giving us hateful looks and just straight up attitude, I decided to not purchase our items when her attitude became even worse at the register because I’m not about to support a business where the worker is rude and was made to feel like we were a bother to her for being in her place of business. Others that were in her store also left behind us when they witnessed her attitude.

Absolutely love the selection of pajamas and lounge wear for men, women, and children offered at Lazy One! What makes it even better is it's location within the Village, a Gatlinburg landmark collection of shops. This is a must stop shop for me every time I visit Gatlinburg.

Rude beyond reason over the phone. Babbled like she was drunk or high. Stated that the store closed when it closed. Didn’t care that the website said 10. I know Gatlinburg is busy and crazy but come on! It’s a week before Christmas. People need to shop!

The only reason I'm giving this store a one star is because the lady working on 10/30/21 @ 6:00 pm was the most rude person I've ever encountered working retail. According to my receipt her name is Lacy. We were not greeted as we entered the store which is no big deal but when she literally threw my receipt in my bag and shoved my change in my hand while having a very hateful look on her face like she was disgusted. It has left a very dislike for this store. If the lady hates her job there are plenty of jobs available at this time.

LOCATED downtown in a cluster of hidden shops Village shops 634 parkway.. west side street..this place, I buy All my PJs from The Lazy One. Nature Oreiented ? ? ???? ? ????? ????? ect..Matching Pjs , slippers feet socke Robes Boxers FlapJacks..all lounge wear ect..for the entire family ..Cabin themes Nature and pets..gifts as well. Clean and friendly stall..Covid friendly..The owner is a gemThis is a must Visit See Lazy One web as well..?
