There were three of us touring the craft loop and we were extremely pleased with our experience and the cost! This is a great stop for adults or children! “We HAVE to leave this review. We’ve been meaning to for months. We just built a house and before it was done, we were in Gatlinburg and stopped into the Clock Peddler for the fun of it. Not in the market for a clock! We fell in love with three and couldn’t make up our mind. One we liked, wasn’t in the color we liked so they would have had to order it in. Without us asking, they offered to set us up on a payment plan, order that clock in and bring it and the other two up to Cincinnati once we moved in so we could see how they fit with our decor. What??!!! No body has service like that anymore! Sure enough, in June 2022, they showed up with all three clocks. Well we found THE ONE! And it is a huge conversation piece whenever anyone comes over. The working hourglass is a huge hit! Thank you Clock Peddler!!”

“We really like the Paula Dean Store. They are always colorful and bright and loaded the an eclectic assortment of items. Paula Dean cookbooks are a given but they have cookware, preserves, clothing, souvenirs and also anything else imaginable the Gatlinburg store is not as friendly as some but is very good.”

“AWESOME shop! I snagged a candle when we visited home last year (Springtime in the Smokies) and had to ration it, I love it so much! We were in town recently and got to stop by, and the staff was SUPER helpful, even pointing out that they carry the scent in an oil, which was lighter to fly back to Colorado with!! Great experience, and a beacon for love and light in the Smokies! Check it out!!”

“I love this family run company. I live in RI and recently ordered several charcuterie boards as staff holiday gifts made with exotic woods. I ordered them with handles. They are absolutely beautiful! They would be the perfect gift for any occasion. I was also very impressed with the personal customer service of this company. They always responded to any questions I had promptly which is a rarity these days. I’m excited to do business with them again in the future!”

“What a charming little store! The shop attendant was wearing a mask but not pressuring customers to do so. She made me feel better about wearing my own. The things for sale in the shop cover everything from kitchen gadgets and mugs to garden decorations and snacks. I stopped in a few times on my visit, and I recommend you check it out!”

“Very full stocked store. Have to be very careful as to not hit anything and breakable items are everywhere. If it pertains to Christmas then this is the store that will have it. Total of 14 rooms but half are on the 2nd floor. Staff is very nice and helpful. Some items are a little expensive but right in line with other stores in this general area.”
“I give the physical store and website 5 stars. The candles are great. They arrived safe and sound. Wrapped and secure. However, the shipping has a lot to be desired and gets 3 stars. I ordered on 9/28/23. Wrote asking about my order status on 10/10 with a response on 10/12 that my order had shipped. I checked my tracking number, my item still hadn't gotten to the post office.... until 10/16. I received my shipment yesterday. I had multiple other store items shipped from the same area and received everything else within 7 days. We live in Illinois and decided to do online rather than cram the car with purchases. So my advice is order early!! Despite the crazy shipping time, I will still order from More Than A Candle. The candles are wonderful.”
