Super friendly,I ask if I could exchange an item I bought duplicates of and the gentleman ask what would make me happy. I said just to exchange a pair of earrings for another pair exactly the same style just in another color. His response was ok let's do it. . A beautiful store with beautiful things. We visit each time we come 5o Gatlinburg .I have purchased gifts for myself and others here. Service is great as well. They will package your gift for the travel home securely! Love this place!
