Ordered a cabinet May 8th, 2024. Today is Sept 27th and there’s no resolution. After several months we asked for a refund. Still haven’t received…even though Cassie said they were sending a check. I hate leaving a negative review, but they will not follow through . I don’t recommend prepaying ANYTHING to this company. It was almost $500 and we have nothing to show for it.

I ordered furniture from them at the Gatlinburg craft show in October 2022. After many, many texts to them I finally received it in June of 2023. They delivered it with a very bad paint job on the base of the buffet with a promise to bring me a new base within one month. I was stupid to believe it. It's now September 2024 and I am stuck with a very ugly base on what could have been a beautiful piece of furniture.

Received my island yesterday. So happy with the craftsmanship. Ordered in February and just now received in September, but totally worth the wait. Love the end grain butcher block with scrap hole. This island was built to last.

I live in WV. I met Joe in Gatlinburg at a show and fell in love with the table. The craftsmanship is outstanding. When you want handmade quality furniture it takes time and believe me it’s worth the wait. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. A very friendly and kind family. They will definitely see us again.

Very sturdy and functional coffee/wine/liquor mobile bar/island. They added length and extra drawers at my request, to their standard design, to customize for my space. The butcher block top is gorgeous and very well-made. I can easily move this with the wheeled base too.

Purchased a home made beautiful table. They estimated the table would be done in about a year which was fine. I would recommend this company they do quality homemade items.

I will be reporting them for fraud and theft. Payment for my purchase went through in mid February. Its currently 4 days to May. I have not heard from Foxcreek. I have emailed and called multiple times with no response from them. Wife and I wanted to support local, but unfortunately got burned. Seems as if they're no longer in business, or they are just stealing money. . .

Waiting for my order.of double corner shelf and 88 inch basket. Have ordered in the past. Great workmanship and such nice colors. Happy with all my purchases.

Very disappointed. The cutting board and knife set were great however it took 7 weeks to get the set instead of 2 weeks. Phone calls went to voice mail and messages were not returned. Text messages were not answered either

If you are planning to go to their store make sure to call to see if they are even open. Attempted to go a couple times and they were closed even though their hours said are open. Really disappointing beings they make such beautiful items.

I love this family run company. I live in RI and recently ordered several charcuterie boards as staff holiday gifts made with exotic woods. I ordered them with handles. They are absolutely beautiful! They would be the perfect gift for any occasion. I was also very impressed with the personal customer service of this company. They always responded to any questions I had promptly which is a rarity these days. I’m excited to do business with them again in the future!

Beautiful table set has finally arrived. The craftsmanship and products are superb. I love it. We stopped in a craft fair in October of 2021 while in Gatlinburg and I fell in love with this table set. It's been a while. Covid has taken a toll and life has gotten in the way. But its finally here and I love it. Thanks Joe. You did a great job.
