Our family found this hidden gem when looking for some groceries and were told of their pizza delivery after 5pm. We tried the pizza tonight and it was amazing! Highly recommend. Friendly, tasty, quick service.

It hasn’t even been 20 minutes since we finished our food and these are the best burgers me and my husband have had since we moved here! Food was amazing and staff was super friendly!

Nice place to stop off for a bit after playing tourist. Nice selection in the market for food, drinks, snacks, beer, the pizza is made-to-order and delicious.

This is a small general store, pizza parlor, hamburger joint all rolled into one. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but they have a little of everything here and it's super convenient if your staying in this area. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers to go. Got back to our cabin and devoured them. The burgers were really good! The bun was a type of kaiser roll that was tasty and soft. If you have spent a long day hiking and do not want to find a place to park in town, then this is a quick option for you. It was about $8 per burger and they do not have fries. You'll need to buy chips or frozen fries from the general store to go with it.

We tried this market twice while on vacation due to the convenience of its location from our cabin. We stopped for snacks before heading out on the scenic byway. The market has a decent selection of goods but the store has an unpleasant odor. The cashier was also a bit unfriendly. A few days later we ordered pizza from them as our cabin had a menu on the fridge. We ordered the 2 med. 2 topping pizza special. We asked if we could upcharge to one Supreme and one 2 topping pizza but were told that he wouldnt customize our pizza because "the math was too hard". After ordering our 2 two topping pizzas we were informed it would be over $35. The menu price was 23.99. When we tried to clarify the price, the cashier became angry and offended. We were finally able to get him to itemize the price out for us. A delivery fee was a given and expected but were unaware of the "service fee" that was assessed. Neither of these fees are noted on their menu so be aware. The pizza arrived in less than an hour which was a pleasant surprise as it was raining and we were up on the mountain. In summary if you're looking for fast delivery of mediocre pizza and poor customer service, this is your place.

You will be surprised by how nice that the folks are here. The pizza we had was better than expected and at a good price. It was so close to our cabin we had to give it a go. We were able to pick up a few little snacks and beer while we were there. Nice little place to get a quick bite and or refreshments.

We ordered the deluxe minus beef and bacon and had it delivered. The lady said it would be about an hour for delivery. It was here in less than 45 minutes and was hot and fresh! Would definitely get it again.

Chalet Village Market has been in business for 10 years under the current ownership and is the best local experience available. They are always friendly with a good price on all products. They even deliver which is another plus. If you want groceries, pizza, or some kind of deli this is definitely the place to go, especially because of the convenient location.

EXCELLENT LITTLE SHOP! DELICIOUS BURGERS! Oh and they have delivery!!! Seriously definitely stop here! The deli is tasty, cheap, and affordable. And you can grab your snacks and drinks here too!! Unrelated to the food, but they have two really neat Jojo's Bizarre adventure flags hanging up! Always neat to see anime fans even up in the mountains!!

Thank you to our friends at this local market for your sweet service and having some basic essentials for our first night's visit. We had a great experience, too, tasting your homemade potato salad, apple pie, bbq pulled pork, and burgers. Great menu selection right in the heart of the Smoky Mountains. We look forward to our next visit!

The service was great! Probably the nicest staff in Gatlinburg! They also got our pizza out in no time. Then, the pizza was actually very good. Then, all the food they were selling. Was great! All in all come here if you are in the Ski Mt. area.

Pizza was just what we needed to tide us over for dinner... Pepperoni is better than your standard, but if you want to be escorted off to shangri-la, pick the bacon pizza!Only $2 for 2 slices, you won't find a better deal in the lower-48.
