Extremly rude customer service today... Went in for a pair of boots I saw the day before and neither the female or male working at the store really acted like they wanted to help which was the complete opposite from the day before.. Unfortunately that is why I came back because the people working yesterday were so kind. I found the boots else where and purchased there.

As a business owner, when you walk into a business and there is an employee that stands out, it leaves a first and lasting impression. Such is the case here when my 12 year old daughter and I were greeted and attended to by a young associate named Tilly. She was all you could want as the face to your retail store; friendly, professional, kind, attentive, and personable; the mark of a great associate . A smile at all times, she asked questions and conversed with my daughter during our visit, and extended a handshake to both of us when we left. Keep her as long as you can. She’s a star.

Amazing customer service from Nocona. I contacted him about what Anderson Bean Boots he had in my size. He drove to all 3 location's and found all the boot's they had in my size and sent me pic's of them. Paid over the phone and was quickly shipped to me. Couldn't be happier

My sister wanted some boots and has always had a hard time getting the right ones to fit properly. We had been to several stores over in Pigeon Forge and was treated rudely at one of the biggest ones. Went in another and the man was just oh, you're hear to look at boots?! Well, we don't have what your looking for. Lost sale. We went to one more and was just disgusted at the cheapness of the quality for what they were asking. We were needless to say, discouraged. We decided to drive over to Gatlinburg and boy was that a game changer!!!We walked in Branded and straight out of the gate Nicona was there! He was amazing!!! He had the most amazing personality. We felt like he was a little brother the way he was making jokes and goofing off like he had known us forever. He talked to both of us getting a better feel for what she wanted in a boot and which one would suit her. He looked at her feet and pulled a boot down and I'll just be daggum if it didn't fit her right off the bat! He pulled down many more for her to try and he could tell her whether or not the one she picked would fit or not. Amazing skills!! He worked with us for the longest time. Gave his best foot forward as soon as he introduced himself. He even tried to sell me a pair, but I have huge calves and they don't make them to fit me in the style I wanted.The whole staff that was there that day was great! These guys kicked it out of the park when it came to customer service! If you need a good boot/shoe go see these guys! We will NOT be shopping for boots again other than here at Branded!Are you still here reading? Go! Go now! Branded in Gatlinburg on the Parkway near the aquarium!Thanks Nicona! Sorry it took me so long to do this. Got home and had health issues.Guys?!?!! You're still here reading?!!! Go get those boots now!!!!!

On our short trip to Gatlinburg, I purchased the most adorable boots here. I almost always price check, especially for items that are costing me a lot but unfortunately T-Mobile decided to maintenance their towers and my service was not working to load anything. I ended up buying the boots because I loved them but I am certain I paid $140 for $70 boots. Beware of their outrageous mark ups.
