This place is amazing!!! Very fairly priced and the couple who took care of us ( Sugar bear and Papa bear) made the experience even greater!! I can not say enough about how wonderful this experience was!

Hello everyone, just wanted to write a review of Bearytales at Mountain Mall in Gatlinburg TN.
I just purchased a "Warmies, a Black Bear Snugglable, Huggable, Lovable" scented with relaxing lavendersoothes for my newly born granddaughter.
I was extremely please with the owner and his wife with their detail explaination on their outstanding stuffed animals products, and their effort in going out of their way to help me with a freshly pressed customized shirt for my granddaughter's Warmies Black Bear. Just want's to tell the public of this special couple, and this special place in making a difference in our world to make our children happy through these special stuffed animals.

This place offers a great value for your kids to build their own stuffy! Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of different animals to choose from and comes with a birth certificate and a bag all for less than $25. My son really enjoyed the experience.

My daughter bought a stuffed animal from here while we were visiting the gatlinburg area.
The prices were good and they had a good selection of plush toys.
The staff was very polite and welcoming also. I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone.

I adore this place so much, I've already bought 3 animals. I know I'm 21, been going since I was 19, but it's the perfect place if you wanna let out your inner child. I've boycotted every build a bear, and I mainly only wanna make trips to Gatlinburg JUST for Izzy Bee's Stuffed Friends. I've talked to both owners, and they may not remember me due to all the customers- but they were sooo down to earth! And know how to talk to children and adults, we talked as if we had met each other from before, and they have a sense of humor. They also give you a discount if you're a returning customer. Their prices are affordable, it's hard not to buy so many stuffed animals! The quality is better than Build a Bears by far.? (we had a conversation about that as well) Super soft, especially for someone like me with a sensory disorder. (the faux fur ones are the best) But really, I can go on and on about how much I love this place. I recommend it to anyone who says they wanna go to build a bear. Nah, go to Beary. CHEAPER, actual QUALITY product, KINDER owners. 6 stars. ? (P.S yall should totally get a fox plush or some more colorful faux fur ones. Ooo maybe some Halloween/gothic types for us darker souls)

we were walking around Mountain Mall and found this place - so happy we did!
The staff was super friendly, the prices were very reasonable, and the selection of animals to pick from was awesome!
We left with a white dragon, that we got to stuff, and a black bear that is weighted and smells like lavender. Definitely plan on stopping by again next time we are in Gatlinburg :)

This place is great. I have gotten a few animals there for my daughter. This place goes out of its way to make sure your happy and your kids. It is much cheaper than build a bear. My daughter goes back and forth from Florida to Tennessee and always loves this place when I can get there. I hope the new people taking over keeps the place the same and the atmosphere too. Thanks for all you all have done for the area
