Horrible experience waited 15min in line only one car in front of me so went inside big mistake took another 20 min to get my coffee . Almost same thing again except waiting 15 minutes for the car in front of me to get a drink I decided to leave went to one by Publix best location friendly and always fast and soooo good ! Don’t waste your time at this location

This past Saturday I stopped by to get a vanilla latte and chicken biscuit before my grandmothers funeral. The gentleman at the drive thru window was incredibly kind and truly made my morning much better. Thank you for filling a tough morning with kindness to a stranger!

I ordered the beehive latte this morning and I normally love it. Today I was disappointed. Whoever made it didn’t add the sweetener or cinnamon and it tastes just like plane coffee.

I went to White Bison Coffee and entered the drive thru, nobody talked, then i went inside and the lady was not wearing her earset to take drive thru orders so she was never aware that i was in the window waiting to make my order.She refused to serve me a coffee from White Bison. When I asked for coffee, she pointed to another coffee station and said, " There is coffee too." Referring to the regular gas station self served coffees. She had no name Tag, so I couldn't identify her name. But she was white and had a leg casket, blond hair.Terrible service.

Drink was good but lady working on morning shift overreacted, thought I was cutting her out when I was handing my drink to my wife and slammed the window on my face.

Disgusting..all i ordered was a cold brew with almond milk and sugar free vanilla and it had clumps all in it and tasted sour! Had already drive off without noticing but went Straight to the trash!

This place has the BEST STAFF!There were only 3 people working running back n forth between making coffee, working the drive thru, working the gas station, & making sandwiches and I felt so welcome despite the stress they were probably feeling. True customer service done well when they know how to not take their stress out on the customer. I’m a barista myself and know what it’s like to have those short staffed days. ?

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel, and It came out soggy with only one piece of bacon.On top of that they were not friendly at all and short. The employees Didn’t want to engage with you at all.Asked for an americano and forgot to specify size so the cashier just made it a large without even asking.LOOK, IF YOU DON’T WANT TO BE THERE DON’T WORK THERE. They were all so unprofessional and sad. Never going back.

I giving White Bison coffee two stars because the service at this location is horrible! Two years ago they had the best staff! The staff new my coffee order, was super friendly, and always gave speedy service. The staff that's been here for the past 6 months is horrible and I've been going to a different coffee shop because of it. They take FOREVER at the drive through (with no one else in line). I'll sit at the ordering window for like 10 -15 mins before someone even takes my order, and then I have another long wait for my food and drinks. 50% of the time I get someone who is rude or that they hate their job. i recently decided to give this place another shot, because the coffee and pastries are really good. I'd rate the coffee a 4/5 stars! It started out great by someone taking my order right away and she was friendly, but when I got to the window the woman was just standing there chatting it up with her co-workers. She never opened the window to take my payment or say hi or say your order will be out soon. Then I saw my frapp sitting there, while she chatted some more. i waited over ten mins or longer while my coffee sat there. then she finally took my payment and handed me my melted frapp. I was extremely disappointed and I don't normally write bad reviews, but after this experience I felt like it needed to be done. White Bison, your coffee is great but your staff sucks! I will be taking my business somewhere else.

On June 15,2022 I went and got gas here and by the time I made it home my check engine light came on and my car check engine light came on and started to stall and not accelerate. I took it to Autozone to read the code and a code p1326 came up (knock sensor) and then took it to mechanic and he said it was bad gas. I called twice daily(white bison) and they told me to come get a paper to fill out to file a claim with their insurance but they doubt I got bad gas from there. I live In Clarksville TN so it took me a couple days to get the paperwork. Once there I over heard some employees saying that the gas alarm went off because their regular gas tank was filled with water! But the manager told me he doubted I got bad gas from there. Here I am a couple weeks later , car still down and it's nothing they can do about it until I get that paper filled out by Hyundai saying their gas caused it. Only issue is I don't have the money to get the diagnosis from them to even get the paper filled out and get my car fixed due to their bad gas!!! And when I called and told the manager that I couldn't afford to take it to Hyundai he basically said there's nothing they can do! I've never had an issue with my car and keep the maintenance up! Now I'm stuck without my car and working because of their bad gas and there's nothing I can do about it! I would not recommend getting gas here because they will mess up your car and basically tell you if you don't have the money to get reimbursed then there's nothing they can do about it! These are hard times and my car is my money maker. I'm literally losing everything due to this stores bad gas!
