  We (my wife and I) made a FedEx pickup for some coffee. I went to pick the order up and was refused because my wife order it and we had different last names. I had the tracking number and confirmation number but they still wouldn't let me pick it up. So now I refuse to go there and refuse to use FedEx pickup. Lousy service.

  Got to the inside pharmacy area 10 min before they were supposed to open and waited. 10 more minutes after they were supposed to open, someone comes to tell us the pharmacist is going to be another 20 minutes. 25 minutes later...still waiting. HORRIBLE service
