Mr. Tom. Best costumer service ever. I came with cellphone bad screw need it to remove ,he did fix my issue did also go above and behind . I’m so thank full for great costumer service . Although they couldn't fix my phone because of part being out he was so helpful and told me next best thing to do about getting it fixed was to upgrade to newer version so that was nice since I had not thought of that. Thanks for your help

My phone could not be repaired! The gentleman that runs the place tried everything you could and then told me there was no charge for his service! He guided me to what I needed to do to have it prepared by the manufacturer! Of course I left him some cash because of his honesty and willingness to help out! A wonderful experience except for the television was playing CNN! ? I do not like communist News Network...

Very good experience. Highly recommended.Professional and courteous service. My phone is like new.It was a bit difficult to find because there is not a "We Fix it Phone Repair" sign, but it's part of Batteries Plus Bulbs.I also purchased some bulbs for the house and a new battery for my key fob.They have car batteries also with free testing and installation.My only disappointment is they do not have full spectrum bulbs, but overall it's a five star experience. ⭐
