I typically visit the Wash n Roll in Portland...I happened to be in Gallatin this past weekend and let me tell you what a difference... the staff is SO friendly...they DON'T scream at you when it's time to put your car in neutral...and get this, folks.. THEY SPRAY BOTH THE LEFT AND THE RIGHT SIDE OF YOUR VEHICLE..looks like I'll be driving to Gallatin, to get my money's worth!

First time coming here Paid $12(which is already a rip off) and did the 1 month free. Not happy the spin things grabbed our mirrors of our truck, pulled them back out, turned the 1 upside down, and the passenger 1 now has 2 nicks on the back of it thanks to the dryer. Beyond pissed, these are new mirrors. Now don't ever want to come back.
Karma to this place. Hope bad things happen to it.

I have only used this place a couple of times, but every time I go the results are poor. Bird droppings left on my hood that were on there for about 24 hours. They always try to push their membership

Pressured into the monthly car wash (said no at first) and was told It would automatically cancel after one month. Originally bought at $22 was not told it would go up to $40 (didn't think I would have to cancel because of the automatic cancel stipulation I was sold on). Don't go there, they wouldn't refund me told me they could take my word, they put themselves first and could care less about their customers. Mister Carwash is down the street, buy their service. A car wash company should not have this many negative reviews, seems like a lack of direction that falls directly back on the company leadership. Sad scenes.

I love washing my own truck weekly by hand. However, in the weather during cold months,this car wash is the truth. The people helping are professional and very nice. My truck came out as clean a bar of bar soap. The vacuum they have will more than get the job done . Only thing is it doesn't get your rims very clean. You will have to wipe them down a bit. Jeez, though, don't be lazy, nothing is 100. I will go here regularly this winter to keep my gmc truck clean.
