Took almost a hour to get a scheduled appointment vaccine. Extremely inefficient. Felt like I was not even there. Find another pharmacy.

I don’t know what happened to this pharmacy. Not only was it taking forever to get a prescription filled, when I called to cancel the prescription and move it to CVS. The man who took the call was extremely rude and very unprofessional.

I have been using the pharmacy at Walgreens almost exclusively since moving here 8 years ago, and the service under the current staff, Renee, Brad, Donna etc has been especially wonderful. I recently received a prescription that, for a variety of reasons, was very difficult to fill (long story), but Mellissa G happened to answer my call and proceeded to make follow up calls for over a week until the issues were resolved. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement, and I am extremely grateful! Thank you Melissa, and ty Walgreens for such excellent service!!

insulin was desperately needed.....sent in presciption, they said they have it and would be ready in 1 hour. 1 hour passed and they still didn't have it ready. fast forward one day, they still don't have it ready and claim they don't have the quantity in stock. then asked if they had any, just one pen. they put me on hold to check. when the tech returned to the phone she said "oops, we do have it in stock, will ready in 30 minutes. I spent a whole day without my insulin because of these guys are incompetent. And every Walgreens so far I've used has been incompetent

We (my wife and I) made a FedEx pickup for some coffee. I went to pick the order up and was refused because my wife order it and we had different last names. I had the tracking number and confirmation number but they still wouldn't let me pick it up. So now I refuse to go there and refuse to use FedEx pickup. Lousy service.

Staff is personable, helpful, and very nice, they answer your questions about new prescriptions as well as daily products. Much nicer and better service at other Gallatin Walgreens.

This is the worst pharmacy. The store staff up front are nice and helpful, but when you need medicine and a prescription filled, it is always a horrible experience. The window people are not knowledgeable and rude at times. They hardly ever have the medicine being filled, and just tell customers it isn't ready yet. This has happened more than once. I have already taken our business to a different place, but I feel this pharmacy needs to be closed permanently until enough good staff can wait on customers and fill Prescriptions competently. They gave my daughter the totally wrong medicine one time and she is a child and it could have been horrible if I hadn't noticed the pills looked different than they were supposed to.

The pharmacy never picks up their phone, most of the time they’re out of stock on products I need, and their attitude is pathetic.

Extreme lack of compassion as well as professionalism. Just moved to Gallatin from out of state and needed a nearby pharmacy to fill my family medications. I was told several times by several pharmacy staff members that I could have our medications filled here without issue (some of our medications needed have been on back order)I called numerous times to check the status of the medications just to be told a different thing every single day. In the end, the "pharmacy operations manager" tells me that she is refusing to fill my medication because we have not purchased it from them in the past and that they have the right to refuse to sell medications. I have now been out of this medication for over a week thanks to the games they like to play here. My doctor even called them and spoke with them directly asking why they are refusing to fill it and they told him they have the right to refuse to fill medications without any real explanation other than that. Do NOT waste your time here if you have to take any time sensitive medications. Zero Stars.

I wish this review would lead to better operating procedures for Walgreens Greenlea Blvd Gallatin, TN… but I’m sure the staff doesn’t care nor will Walgreens corporate do anything to improve patient care short of another class-action lawsuit.I am so angry at this moment based on the blasé attitude of some of the employees that work there. Perhaps all of my previous Walgreens encounters in my previous city were just splashed with fairy dust and my prescriptions made it to me on time without my having to make three phone calls (10 mins each time) and two visits for a box with a prescription label. This happens every month. They make me feel like I’m the one in the wrong for asking the status of the medicine they said would be ready days earlier.I have two prescriptions that come pre-boxed from the manufacturer that I still get from this location as they are not reliable, helpful, friendly, and the prescriptions go into a black hole once your physician calls it in. I’m on a 28 day prescription for lupus. I usually have to wait until day 32 to get my very simple medication because they don’t order it in time nor do they process the inventory once it arrives. No one cares. Not a single one of the employees care. They talk about patients behind their back and do not do anything to help. They need an overhaul department wide.DO NOT USE THIS WALGREENS! Trust from a patient that there are better ones out there that won’t be rude and will follow through. This is not the norm for a pharmacy.

This Walgreens Pharmacy on Green Lea needs to hire pharmacist who can speak understandable English. I am not racists, but I need to be able to understand my pharmacist instructions about my drugs. I can't understand this pharmacist from another country. I couldn't make out what he was saying in person. I asked him a couple of times and just gave it up. On the phone it's even worse. If you have a heavy accent talk louder and Slower. It could cost someone there life when it comes to drugs. It must be far worse it you are a senior with a hearing loss.J. L.
