Went to pick up prescriptions, entered store and found no employees anywhere. My fiance was in our car and the employee pulled up in the parking lot next to him. Left the entire store unattended. Who the hell manages this place???

Horrible pharmacy! Called in a prescription and they said it would be ready in an hour. I waited an hour and headed to the store and had to wait an additional hour to get my damn prescription!

The worst Walgreens I've ever been to. The few times I've been in this store has always been a bad experience. All the bad reviews are true! Most recent experience was when I went in to return an item for FedEx onsite service. The manager said no she will not accept my package because it's too large. Raised her voice and said she only has so much room. I told her Belk designated the package to be returned there. She said no she is not going to take it, I have to take it somewhere else. She grinned and was clearly proud of herself and enjoyed my worry about what to do next. Very rude and TERRIBLE Customer Service! Where is Corporate? Why are they not paying attention to these reviews?

Worst Walgreens on the planet. I was on hold and got Gung up on not once but twice after trying to get ahold of this store for over and hour and a half. I always use the Portland store because they always have my meds. This one time there out of one of my meds. They called and told me that this Walgreens shows in there system they have what I need. So I try calling. I end up having to call the store to get them to have the pharmacy to answer my call. Before I could even tell the pharmistis what my med was she said they didn't have it. She had no ideal what I was needing and didn't care either. Enough said this pharmacy is horrible.

Have dealt with same bad service for years. A pharmacy tech there has claimed my medications weren't there, uppriced all my meds by switching them to name brands and most recently changed my allergies to reflect a medication I have taken for ten years to be an allergy. All of these have sparked corporate complaints with no change, so now with my paper trail I am going to the Pharmacy board.

***If you are here to give a bad review about your difficulty getting medications on time, constantly changing priced etc. Please also call the pharmacy board. Nothing will change at this location until the state is involved.I've been going to this store for twelve years and the mixed pharmacy tech is the rudest human I have ever encountered. She cuts you off and throws nasty rude remarks when you ask questions about medications or prices. I left the store in a complete rage. When you call, no one answers the phones. My prescription prices change with the wind. No controlled meds filled today just basic meds...they filled them all as name brand instead of generic and my thirty dollars for five prescriptions with three months supply turned into two because I could not afford the name brands. The last encounter with this tech revealed that she lied about prescriptions that were sent in by my doctor and told me they weren't sent. The docktr confirmed he sent them in.

Avoid this Walgreens. They admitted they don’t answer their phones. They don’t care about customers that need access to their medications. They are known by other Walgreens stores for not answering their phones. If you get an update on the Walgreens website that says you need to call them don’t waste your time. You will need to go in. Best thing to do is start going to another Walgreens or the CVS across the street.

Poor customer service !!! no one there knows how to work, nor treat there customers with respect!!! shocked they haven’t been shut down ?? they loose your prescriptions, NEVER answers the phone you can literally call while in the store the phones NEVER ring? lazy employees all of them? shut this place down and bring another pharmacy in its place….. another customer they lost…. Will NEVER give them my business again?

Just got off the phone with someone in the pharmacy. Literally she’s the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to at a business. She doesn’t deserve the job she’s at.

No matter what I have to go to the pharmacy for it's been painfulFirst you call to check on prescription or need advice and I'm on hold from 12 to 18 minutes and then if I get put on hold instead of answering they hang up.I litterly have to go 25 miles to this WalgreensThere's not a pharmacy close to me that has my meds.Today I got this store number and called corporate. If this hadn't happened but 2 or even 4 times,but no since last week it's been more than 20 times and not just myself other family members also. I suggest if you make a change in the customer service you need to just go over the store managerMake sure you have the store number and addressStop letting these folks get away with bad service.

Called this Walgreens multiple times throughout the day on Monday and today to ask about getting a prescription filled and each time I waited on hold for over 20mins and the entire time it said there was 1 caller ahead of me. If you guys take that long with 1 caller how does anyone get anything done there?

Walgreens needs to do a better job with their flu and Covid vaccine appointments. I had a 6:30 p.m. appointment and it's 7:00 p.m., I'm still waiting to be seen. I expect to be seen at my scheduled appointment or at least close to it. It's ridiculous and unprofessional.

Cashier was very rude. You should screen your pharmacy technicians.
