I take 2 different medications that are daily maintenance drugs. If i dont take them when i am supposed to, i suffer very negative side effects. For the SIXTH month IN A ROW my prescription has been out of stock when it was time for a refill. Every month i have missed between 3 and 9 doses of medication because this pharmacy cannot keep track of when a RECURRING prescription is due and ensure it is in stock when the refill is due.

What a terrible place to do business at. My mom has been coming to this pharmacy for probably around 20 years, and that is ended TODAY. The pharmacy staff does not care about customers at all and give the excuse of being short on staff for the long hold when there were actually 4 people working this afternoon. They also tried to blame it on a lady going into labor. My mom has now since shifted ALL of her business to the Publix on Long Hollow Pike. Within 15 minutes of calling Publix Pharmacy, they retrieved her medicine prescription and had it filled ready for us to pick up…. And get this…. WITH A HUGE SMILE ON HER FACE. She was more than happy to do it. Bye-Bye, Walgreens.

I wish there were no stars.on hold for 19 minutes, they run prescriptions wrong than blame the doctors office. Need to find new pharmacy. Terrible service.

Katie from the Pharmacy is terrific ?! I had a slightly confusing question about one of my medications and how there was a skipped refill from October. I had spoken to the pharmacy twice before about it, and I kept being told that all they saw was one refill for November. She was so kind, immediately helped me out, saw what I was referring to, and got it ready for me.

Amazing customer service. All the thanks to Mr. Jason, Miss Jennifer, the other pharmacists and the whole crew. They have been providing me the best of the best care. I LOVE ? THEM ALL.

I NEVER write reviews, but went out of my way to write one here. Terrible customer service from the pharmacy on multiple occasions. Not helpful and hung up on, on multiple occasions.

Wow this has got to be the slowest pharmacy ever. Should have read the reviews first. Just left the dentist in EXTREME pain and I literally sat in line for almost AN HOUR waiting to get pain meds. I FINALLY get up to the window and he says it’s still 40 MORE MINUTES until they’re ready because it’s just two of them working. This is a lifetime when you’re in pain like this. People are gonna die from their condition waiting in line for their meds.

I am so glad that I do not use this pharmacy. I was on hold 40 minutes with only 2 callers ahead of me and they would pick up the phone and put it back on hold without even saying anything, then they hung up on me. I had a simple question to see if my script had accidently gotten sent there. I could not get my script till a walgreens put it back to restock.

Two words for your pharmacy….DO BETTER!!! 2 hour wait in the drive through for the past 3 prescriptions. Not a single car moved for 2 hours!!! Went to Walmart…5 minutes. Never again. You guys suck. Do better.

Slowest pharmacy in town. They’ll randomly cancel prescriptions, take days to fill, and when you go to pick them up be sure you’ve got an extra 30-60 minutes to sit in line. And bonus: you’ll probably be spoken to rudely! Good times!

By far the worst pharmacy around. I waited on hold for 25min on the phone. They finally picked up to "look into" why they couldn't find the prescription my NP called in for me HOURS ago. I waited on hold another 10m, then they hung up on me. I called back, waited on hold another 40m and they never picked up. I finally just hung up. They are THE WORST.

I would definitely give this place NO STARS! They gave me the worst time getting my medicine and I still haven't got it. My face is swollen and in PAIN! Never using this wanna be pharmacy again! No one knows what there doing there and they like to talk behind peoples back cause I caught them.

I'd give the Vanderbilt Clinic a 5+... they're amazing! The pharmacy...in two minutes the Hartsville Pike Walgreens resolved a five day old prescription issue we had with this Walgreens. Don’t waste time calling, you’re on terminal hold and then they pick up and hang up. Changing our preferred pharmacy with all our providers now...
