I have had only great experiences with Nails by Jana and Victoria J Salon. Jana does a wonderful job with my nails and I am so happy to have found her. She works around my schedule and is very accommodating. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending both Nails by Jana and Victoria J Salon. Gallatin is fortunate to have both of these businesses.

Jana said she had a 10 minute late window. i arrived in that time period, when i walked in i greeted her which she ignored, and she said “so you’re just getting something simple.” I said yes i always do.. she took my nails down and removed the color etc, then she rudely toldme not to touch my nails, i asked her if she was going to push the cuticles back. Then she started wiping the desk and told me to go, told me to leave. With my nails all messed up looking. I’m shaking. This terrible customer service i haven’t experienced something like that in a long time. i’m honestly in tears. i have pictures of how she left my nails. They are bare acrylic and one half sawed offand it’s the holidays and everyone is closing now for weeks. i didn’t do anything to deserve this i was a multiplye time client of hers and she did this in from of my kids.

She denied service mid way of finishing a clients nails for no reason in front of the womens daughters and made her leave. Very upsetting sight.

Love this place! Everyone here is very sweet and kind. I've been seeing Jana for nails for several months! She is very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. I love her style and ideas for unique colors and designs. She is a wonderful person with a great heart! Thank you everyone at Victoria J Salon for great work. I highly recommend!!

Got mine and my daughter's nails done by Jana tonight and she was wonderful!! Our full sets were reasonably priced and look amazing!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Completely rude and unprofessional. If you're having a bad day or even bad week don't take that out on your customers. You leave that crap at the door and put your professionalism on. And if you hate your job and it makes you a crabby person... find another profession cuz your customers don't deserve to suffer at your expense. I will never understand how you start on a customers nails then proceed to kick them out midway thru especially when that customer did nothing wrong to you. Absolutely awful and would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Take your money elsewhere.

Vickie and Janet are great people and do a wonderful job. Vickie's son, Eli, runs Lowell's Barber Shop in here, too, which is who cuts my hair and beard. Love his craftsmanship!
