I appreciate that I can use this location to return Amazon items. However, the lady who is usually handling those returns (register by the door, gray hair) always finds something to complain about. I dread it when she is the one I end up having to go to because she will always point out something I've done "wrong". The others working in that location are always so kind and friendly.

Absolutely useless company, they tried to delivere the package to the side door rather than the front door so we missed it, and no one will be home tomorrow to receive the package so we’re just shut out of luck and the poor customer service guy barley spoke English and had no idea what I was trying to explain. Completely abhorrent company. The website is twice as useless too.

I can’t believe the experience I’ve had here. I had a package that was lost. I was told by the seller that there was nothing they could do about it because they passed it off to ups. I had a confirmation code and they were able to do so much more than I imagined. They saw that they actually shipped the product, but it was lost in the recent tornados that affected middle Tennessee. They helped me get a replacement and I am happy to have a new tracking number!

The service inside has always been quick and friendly, usually it's Amazon returns for me. Unfortunately the parking area is micro. Even if there is a spot to park it's often too hard to turn into it, you are always trying to out-race someone to the spot while you are afraid of scraping your car on another car which might either be parked or moving. So, visit during unpopular, low traffic times, and it’s good.

I had the best customer service experience here with Stacey Riggins, the owner, at thus location. Busy time with holiday shipping and the line was long, but she went beyond what you'd expect. She was able to reduce our shipment size and saved us $50. I'm not normally driven to make reviews, but she definitely deserved an amazing review. Thank you Stacey!

I love the staff at the Gallatin store! They are always very helpful and cheerful even when it is crazy busy in the there! They have always done an great job with my returns, and the stuff I needed printing for my class, and even fixed my planner into a 3 ring and laminated it also for under $10!

Shandy and Emmett (so sorry if I misspelled that!) are AWESOME! In fact, this entire branch is filled with kind, friendly, welcoming, warm employees! I actually like going to UPS for that reason. Who LIKES mailing packages?! lol but, it is because of this team, most especially Shandy and Emmett today, that I enjoy going to UPS! Returned 2 items to Amazon. The store put the return label on without covering up the original label. Because ups didnt know which label to use, they put a cover on the return label and delivered them back to me. The associate didnt understand what happened. She just kept telling me to go back to amazon to get a new barcode. The label was on the box all along just covered up. She told me she wasn't the one who did this and was not responsible so I asked to speak to a manager. She told me she was a manager. I finally told her i was leaving them and she had the correct label to send them back. I even told her my house was destroyed in the tornado and I didnt have time to deal with this right now. She got very upset and told me to stop yelling at her. I was not yelling, I was frustrated with her lack of professionalism and inability to help me. It was a long pitiful interaction that was not necessary.

Well you can't get anyone at local office to answer the phone. I wanted to ask a question about printing. It wasn't even an option. So I selected to try and talk to the notary. It says you need to schedule an appointment and then hangs up.Whatever happened to service? A recording can't offer you all the options nor answer questions.

I tried to ship a spotting scope, the employees and owner exhibited ignorance and wasted my time while trying to ship it. Would not go there unless there were no other options.

Idk why negative reviews, I always go here when I return my Amazon. They are fast and polite. I love how the older woman at the front that returns the Amazon stuff, she keeps the line going. If a customer doesn't have the return code or ect she makes em move for others to go. The line is always flowing I love it. ❤️❤️

I have had good experiences in the past but this was my worst. I came in to return 5 amazon items and the woman (older with glasses and short blonde hair, she had no nametag) gave me an attitude asking which items went with each code. I had initially took screenshots of the code because it saves time but I went to my email and showed her all 5 and handed her each item with each code. She proceeded to say she only had 4 codes and I tried to explain to her that the first code she scanned by mistake before telling me she needed to know which item the code went with. I tried to explain to her and she kept cutting me off but I've never felt so disrespected by an employee here as she continued to say I showed her the wrong item when I had her scan 5 codes and showed her the items. It was as if she forgot about her mistake of scanning the first code before I showed her the ones from my email. I really hate being rude to employees but this woman absolutely ruined my experience here as I've never felt so talked down to before and disregarded.
