Sarah ripped me off and laughed about it when I tried to get a refund and she refused to give me the manager/owner's number. I paid $1.00/page for a black and white print. I was later quoted at $0.55/page by another employee only a few days later. I asked for a refund, and not only were they refusing to look at the transactions for that day and time that was in my bank statement, she said "you probably don't understand" and laughed with Barbara and the old guy because English isn't my first language. Sarah speaks English because it is the only language she can understand. I speak English because it is the only language Sarah can understand. I own 3 businesses. I know what bad business practice is, and laughing at your customer and refusing to help them when your company is in the wrong or give them a manager's
Number is bad business.
I am willing to ammend this review if and when the service here is fixed.

Terrible parking. Also if possible do not go during peak hours as you be in for a longer wait.

This is really the only complaint I have is there chosen location as it is very hard to get in and out of almost impossible if not driving a small compact car to pull straight into a parking spot and that's if you are lucky enough to get one. They should at least with as much business they get have or change a easier location to accommodate the customers

Everyone at this store are so helpful. Shan saved the day when she helped me with my return. She was able to figure out how to get the Q R code I needed taped and labeled my package all with a smile.

Wasted time. I called mid-morning to schedule an appointment for notary services. I’m told they do not schedule appointments, and to stop in. I’m specifically told the notary is available today (6/24) and tomorrow (6/25) until 6:00pm. We arrive at 4:45pm and told “The notary stepped away for the day.” Complete waste of time.. maybe this location DOES need to start scheduling appointments?
*6/25 Edit: I call back this morning and get someone that I guess does not work at this store, but is filling in? Either way, she had an attitude and could not care less about being available for notary services or providing additional guidance.
