I have been to most nail salons in Gallatin, but I really enjoy the environment and services I have received at Ultimate Nails. I have had pedicures by 3 different people here, and they were all phenomenal. I had beautiful dip nails done today. They use clean tools, and try to go above and beyond.
I typically take my baby with me, and he quietly sleeps in his carrier. I didn't get that lucky today, as he decided to wake up and cry. A staff member asked if she could hold him. She walked around to keep him from crying. Another staff member got out an acoustic guitar and played music for him until he fell asleep. They could have asked me to leave with my crying baby, and I would have totally understood. However, they were all so unbelievably kind and thoughtful. I'm writing to just say that these are GOOD PEOPLE. They care and I truly appreciate their efforts.

I go here to get my nails dip powder and feet done . I have had several of the techs do the work . Always a pleasant experience and no issues . I am greeted when I walk in , I can easily get an appointment when I need one , if I'm running late they work with me , I can't ask for better service

I was blessed to have stopped by this spa not only did the nail tech make me feel comfortable but right at home. Lucky was more than exceptional in my care an hospitality. I pray his business continues to flourish. And next time I come back in the area I'll be back for your awesome service.

I just got dip nails taken off here and the acetone or whatever to soak it in was left on my fingers covering my entire fingers. The nails are not completely clean of the dip powder either on the cuticle and nail walls. Wouldn't recommend. Steven did my nails.

WORST NAIL SALON IN GALLATIN. Horrible service, talking badly about customers, judgmental staff, left my nails ruined and still got charged. Will never ever come back here and would never recommend to anybody. Stay away!

Rose and her staff are amazing! High quality work and they only use quality product to ensure your nails stay nice and healthy. I have returned multiple times since moving to Gallatin.
