Staff is always rude and they never have what I have gone in there for. Always have to order online anyway. Stay away, just order from Amazon or another medical supply store

My daughter who is a baby has RSV I needed a nebulizer even though I had a valid prescription (from the hospital last night were we spent most our evening) and not only do we have insurance we have 2 different insurances it should have been fully covered minus the baby mask that's sold separately... I had to pay full price they refused to even run it through her dad's private insurance after they said they accepted it

TriCare provided an O2 concentrator on Thursday 9/2 for my father who arrived after 5pm on Friday 9/3. While the machine turned on, it did not generate a flow of oxygen. TriCare has been unresponsive to messages of any kind and so he is without overnight oxygen support.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. The people who work at this place are a joke. First, the technician who "professionally" fits you for CPAP equipment has no idea what she is talking about. I had to go back several times to ask about different fittings and equipment. Each time, she was not only unhelpful but a total waste of my time. They are, however, very willing to take your money for their overcharged equipment and messing up your insurance. Now, I get robo calls from their resupply division AT LEAST once a week. I have asked them to remove my number and yet, I still get the calls. Horrible company.

Very polite customer service . All three girls were awesome. Excellent I could not ask for any better service . They bill both my insurance I was out nothing . They were fast and they were honest people doing there job . Please check them out first and if someone say you have to pay for a upgrade call this company first . If I ever need anything else I will be back . And will refer all to them .

I called over the phone and spoke with Brittany. She was helpful and knowledgeable about the CPAP supplies I was looking for. She quoted me a time that it would take to get the "go ahead" with my order and she called me back sooner than expected and then she promptly refilled my resupply order and quoted a 48 time of delivery, it was here the next day!!! Thank you so much, it's hard for me to get out of the house often so having someone at this business that is willing to help in a orderly and quick fashion is nice to encounter. Thank you to all the staff at Tricare!

I have used this office from the time I started with my cpap about 2 years ago. The therapist I worked with was great and the supplies and service I have received has been exceptional.

The lady there helped me get my insurance straightened out. I had paid for coverage but when she tried to use my info it said it wasn't valid. She called right then and there and spoke with my provider and she helped straighten it all out. 10\10 will always shop here.
