This is a very unprofessional dealership. The other dealerships actually build relationships with the customers.

I recently posted a 2* review and wanted to add that the Sales Manager called me and apologized for my bad experience. Perhaps it was just the one salesperson I had. I did want to amend my post, as I was impressed that he called me the next day and was very kind. Kudos to the management!

Our 4 runner needed AC work done so we took it to the Toyota dealership in Gallatin. We had it diagnosed and then waited for CarShield to provide parts for the repairs. I dropped it off on Aug 30. I was told the work would take 9-10 hrs so I called in Friday (1st) to see if I could pick it up that day. Only to learn that the rep assigned to us was out sick and had to track down an update. Multiple calls in one day and the service manager finally called me back that afternoon to say they hadn't even started it. Over the next 3 weeks, almost, we received numerous phone call updates only to hear "unfortunately...your car isn't ready yet". The young lady said that they had their master tech working on it but he's sick and causing delays. FINALLY on Sept 18 we were able to pick up our car. As I was driving off and the lot, I stopped and had my husband check the mileage on the work order when I checked the car in. I quickly turned around and went back in. There were 356 additional miles on my car!!! The service manager gave several assurances that the vehicle had not left the lot but they got on there some how! I didn't take a pic of my odometer when I dropped it off but it's based on the mileage that THEY recorded when I dropped it off and I know what was there when I picked it up. Suggestions to everyone:- Take a pic of your odometer showing the mileage and the gas display and check it again before you leave. I've heard of stories like this but stupidly never thought it would happen to me. When we buy our new vehicle, or need additional repairs, it will NOT go back to Gallatin.

I'm Shelby Fanning I wanted to give my review of my Salesman Kenneth Eastman. He helped get me into the truck I was looking for. He went beyond his ability to do his best to help anyone in finding the car or truck in your dreams. He is a great and caring person and a great friend.

I went to get my truck serviced, and the front desk staff is friendly but this service department has the mindset of "sales" as well. I just needed a simple oil change and they come back telling me I have serious mechanical work needed estimated to $2,000, I went for a second opinion and they said "no your trucks fine, it's a typical minor issue not worth stressing over." It's a disappointment you can't get honest mechanic work done without a sales pitch.

This review is specific to their service department. Big shout out to Samantha our service advisor and technician Charles. We brought in our little Corolla Hatchback for an issue where water gets in the door after heavy rain. Our car is a California car so we never would've experienced this issue but after some big storms here in TN, we knew there was an issue. Turns out there's a Technical Service Bulletin for this and we promptly made an appointment to have this issue addressed. Not a big issue or a big fix but we at least wanted documentation that it was done. Anyway... Samantha is a super sweet and kind service advisor, not pushy to make a sale and though we didn't personally meet our tech, he turned the car around super quick. 9:30 arrival and out by 10:30. I've previously serviced my car at the dealers through warranty and found a better alternative in the past but I'll be coming by for my next services! This dealers service department is very efficiency and they act with integrity. Our vehicle inspection report came back with no issues or recommendations.

On 5/16/2023, Christian K*** sold us a 2015 ****** Sentra. This is the third car I have purchased from your dealership (2nd with Christian as the salesman). Christian’s knowledge pertaining to vehicles is amazing. Christian went above and beyond to help us and was able to answer all our questions. This is my sons first car purchase and he was very impressed with the treatment he received at Gallatin Toyota. Thank you to Manager Jake T****** and Christian K*** for making this a simple purchase. This is the was car sales should be and I commend your entire team (even Carl A*******) for amazing service that my family always receives.

I will say that I've been to several Toyota dealerships all the way between Madisonville Kentucky to Nashville Tennessee and this is the only dealership I trust with my car. Everytime I've came to this facility I have had quality service and if something is not right they make it right! Thank you so much Bill for your attention to my car and making sure I am safe on the road.

Took my car in with an appointment made first thing in the morning. It took over 2 hours and people were coming and going as I was still waiting for my vehicle. Once I was told my vehicle was completed, the woman told me that the tech was going to be pulling my car around. Well, I have stood in the garage service area for over 25 minutes waiting for the tech to pull my car around! I usually have good service but not today! Very disappointment with their customer service!

Back at the end of July I started the process of looking for a new car. With gas prices unreliable, constantly running out of cargo space, and my 2006 Hyundai Sonata that I purchased in 2014 becoming more expensive to maintain than it was worth, I knew it was time. I started my research and put together a list of features I wanted in my new car based on what I liked about my Hyundai and the Mazda I had before it. Shopping around online I narrowed my search to a handful of vehicles and started customizing them to fit my needs. As the field of contenders narrowed down to a handful of makes and models; Subaru Outback (the only non hybrid in contention), Toyota RAV4 Hybrid, and the new Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. The RAV4 shot into the lead due to availability, a spare tire, and overall value for the price, speaking of, how is a tire repair kit superior to an actual spare tire? I settled on the XSE as it had the most features I wanted and the fewest I didn't. As an added bonus the configuration I wanted could be built locally in Kentucky, so no waiting for it to come into the west coast by boat from Japan. This was all after weeks of reading and videos (mostly Toyota Jeff and The Car Care Nut). It was during this time that Toyota of Gallatin caught my attention with their prominent declaration on their website that if they did not have the vehicle you wanted in stock they would find/order it for you. I knew most dealers would do this but Toyota of Gallatin made a big deal about it. I also prefer to shop local and small, both of which historically held true for Toyota of Gallatin. It also helped that they had some of the best reviews on Yelp and a high rating (for a car dealership) from the BBB. So it took a chance and reached out explaining I wanted to place an order for a 2021 RAV4 XSE Hybrid in Blueprint. My inquiry was met with a response from Amari (I thought his name was Mark at first, I am so sorry!) who worked with me to put together a build of exactly what I wanted. To say I was getting nervous about committing to the order is an understatement, as my previous dealings with big car dealerships (and some small) were absolute disasters. But Amari consistently reassured me that I would get exactly what I wanted and there was never any pressure to get me to rush into the purchase. Given the tight supply there was a brief hiccup where the order had to be resubmitted due to there not being a RAV4 in the color, trim, and configuration I wanted that was not to far in the build process, but Amari and his manager were very flexible and understanding in that I wanted exactly what I had requested. The build was finally submitted to the assembly plant in early August with an estimated arrival date of mid to late September. All that there was left to do was wait, and get my Hyundai ready to sell (yay new brakes!). To my surprise I get a text from Amari two whole weeks (this past Thursday) before I expected delivery that my vehicle had arrived, perfect timing as they were having lunch provided the following Saturday and the Labor Day sale was in full swing still. So I make the drive from Smyrna up to Gallatin to finalize the purchase, and while some of the parts were still in transit to the dealership, the car was ready for pickup. Expecting a hard negotiation I was floored to find the experience was relatively stress free and I had to request the extra warranty coverage. No heated negotiations or four square technique, everything was upfront and clearly outlined. I got the out the door price I wanted with the payments and down payments as well that I was targeting for. No buyers remorse or high stress decisions, just a relaxing and straightforward buying process. I actually look forward to going back for the remaining parts and regular maintenance. To be honest 5 stars isn't enough, this experience is more than worthy of 11. I can't recommend Amari and Toyota of Gallatin enough. It should also say a great deal about my rating that I chose to drive all the way from Smyrna, an hour drive, when there is another Toyota deale

Friendly staff, HORRIBLE management. Scheduled an appointment for a test drive, was made to wait for an hour upon arrival. After the test drive, was forced to wait another 30 minutes for the general manager. I made a cash offer for market price and the general manager rudely walked off and refused to discuss or apologize for wasting my afternoon. He claimed another buyer was waiting who wanted to test drive based on a verbal offer for a higher price. Apparently, losing a customer for life is worth $1500(difference in offers) to this dealership. Buyer beware.

Time for another very positive review for Toyota of Gallatin. My Rav 4 developed a "terrible" noise in the rear wheel well area. Called Jordan and he got me in the next morning(today). As always after two years of services, I was on my way home in less than an hour for a nominal fee. Friendly and efficient service which is appreciated by this Toyota owner. Thank you.

The service department is THE BEST ( especially Jordan). I have gone here for years to get my car serviced/oil changed. The PRICES are very REASONABLE and they will get you in and out quickly. Everyone is always nice and over the past 5 years I have not had a bad experience. Try them out - you won't be disappointed!
