Love it here! We've been part of The Goddard Schools since 2015. My older children were well prepared for Kindergarten and my youngest is currently thriving in the toddler program. The school has felt safe and clean since day one.

Awesome school that supports families and the daily life of little ones. Curriculum is top notch and the friendly atmosphere is unmatched. My child goes to Goddard and I cannot say what blessing it has been. My child loves school and loves his teacher. The best of the best by far.

I’ve been a part of The Goddard School for over 3 years and I have been so impressed with how willing and flexible they are with families, whether it is a scheduling concern, behavior intervention, resource referral, etc… They are also very attentive to the teachers and do such a great job making each teacher feel appreciated and valued. The curriculum and education provided at Goddard fully prepares children for Kindergarten and beyond.

My first child had a great experience at the Goddard in Hendersonville so we put my second son in Goddard at Gallatin. We were very disappointed in the turnover with teachers and just the overall experience. In my son’s last classroom they had moved 5 kids in the class to half days including mine. They acted like he was a behavioral problem even though we had never experienced bad behavior at our home or anywhere else. We had a meeting with the owner and staff and they acted like he would do better in a home setting basically implying our child was problematic. With our child never having behavioral issues literally anywhere else this was a huge red flag. Also half days of day care at about 80% of full tuition wasn’t going to work for us either.I ended up pulling my son from Goddard in Gallatin and put him in Primrose in Hendersonville. The owner at Goddard in Gallatin had told me that my son “would also struggle at Primrose because they run a tight ship”. My son has been there ever since and has thrived. He has not had one incident of bad behavior at school. It has been such a night and day difference at Primrose and I wish we would have put him here to begin with. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

In reality no daycare is going to do everything perfectly as I’d want them to lol but that’s just me. The facility is nice and clean, teachers are very nice and the director is very warm and understanding. Was having some personal difficulties and they worked with me to manage enrollment dates. My daughter seems to have a good time when she’s there! Wish they would take better pictures though ?One thing is also I’d like them to offer the lunch a little longer than 30 min but I understand why they do it this way.

All of my kids have gone to the Gallatin school. We've experienced every class from infants to JK! We love it there and love that we can see how much they've grown in the last few years. My favorite part are the daily photos of the curriculum and fun! ? Thank you!

We love this school and recommend it to everyone. Our son started full time here when he was 9 weeks old. We are so grateful to know that he is in great hands while we are at work. All of the staff is amazing and we have been very happy with every teacher he has had since he began in April 2021. The facility is clean and safe, and we can tell he is learning so much and having so much fun. Thank you Goddard!

When our son was born as the Pandemic began we sought to find a school that would give our son the attention and environment that would help make up for a year stuck inside. When we arrived at Goddard we were met with the finest first class experience.Every class our son has transitioned to has been healthy and intentional. We are thankful to the staff at this fine school. We couldn't imagine a better school to partner with to help raise and educate our children.Thank you Goddard!

They care more about the money than their students. As soon as you mention the costs they stop talking to you. Unfortunately, I had to move forward with a school, so I enrolled my child.Julie and Morgan were notified that I had a major unforeseen event when I signed forms, however, they never had me sign my credit card form - ONE OF THEM DID. seems sketch to me that I was in building and never had the chance to see that form and they signed it themselves.Within 4 days of signing an enrollment form, I notified them to tell them of unforeseen circumstance and that I wouldn’t be having my child attend. They want to keep the registration fee, “to use at another time” when my child is starting kindergarten in 5 months. They are money hungry, cost more than any other school in the area, and were only considered because the convenience they were literally on the same road as my family. As soon as you sign a form, they change their attitude. I never signed the form for them to pull from that credit card, which is very weird since I was in the office but they withheld it saying oh they take care of it. I never signed. I am actively disputing with my bank. They don’t need to hold a registration fee when it was same week I said oh, something BIG came up and we won’t be attending. The school is money hungry. It is the most expensive school in area- we were only going to use because they were literally a minute from a home.

We picked Goddard due to the positive reputation the Hendersonville location gained. Unfortunately, we did not get to experience that same treatment and had our final day today, after only 1.5 months.Aside from frequent minor issues, the decision was easily made when speaking to one of the directors, Morgan, about a concern we had. Our 4-month-old was not fed for 5 hours (until we got home). The daily report had a false entry of a feeding within those 5 hours, which is likely why the teachers thought not to feed. After being given many questionable excuses, Morgan concluded that our baby fell asleep right before being fed. And when he woke up, he was in line to eat behind other babies, but we ended up picking him up. So, within the 5 hours, he napped 1 hour, and we picked him up 40 minutes after he woke up. You can do the math there. But wouldn’t this mean that he should be first in line to eat? Why is he waiting to be fed for so long? She then told me that the teachers were aware that he needed to eat, which is not what the teachers told me over the phone. Another reason I didn’t believe Morgan was because the teachers have been amazing with notifying me of such things during pick up or over the phone. Morgan must not think very highly of the teachers to be saying that to me.Morgan asked me what can she do here? – You’re the director. I would have been much more appreciative and remained in Goddard if you honestly told me that the teachers followed the false entry, and that you will take xyz actions to prevent that and regain our trust in Goddard. Instead, you were not trying to solve anything and simply put the blame on a short nap and us coming in to pick up.Other daycares ensured me there is no such thing as having a baby wait in line to eat, because they have floater staff. Mistakes happen and I fully understand that. But the call with Morgan made me feel that my baby is not a priority to you. No one followed up with me or did anything to try and correct the situation. I’m happy to provide details to anyone who would like to learn more and decide for themselves.
