I was waiting to leave this review for 2 months they completely have been dodging idk what it is with this place. But they are so welcoming to others I never felt that way coming here. It’s like they don’t want me as a client then say that. To continuously ignore my calls when I’m regular. Just f these people.

I've have searched and searched for a good nail place in gallatin, Hendersonville and Goodlettsville. Finally I found Thai's and boy am I thankful! They are great at what they do. They seem to really care about their customers and most customers seem to be repeat customers and I can see why! It is clean and a fun atmosphere! I will definitely be a regular here!

I've found a new nail salon that I absolutely love. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful when it comes to choosing a nail color. I was lucky enough to have One do my nails, and she did an amazing job. What I appreciate is that they provide a price sheet with detailed descriptions and ask for your preferences, ensuring that you're happy with their work and not caught off guard by the pricing. Speaking of which, their prices are reasonable. I opted for a hot stone pedicure and a pink gel for my nails, which will last me for several months. The massage chairs are positioned in front of the TV, where game shows and talk shows are playing. There is a wide variety of nail colors and designs to choose from. The decor has a clean and stylish country vibe. The other customers are also very friendly, and it's clear that they've been loyal customers for a while. I'll definitely be returning to this nail salon as it has quickly become my favorite.

I use a wheelchair and my hands are affected by my disability. There’s accessible parking nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The tables they use are wide enough to get wheelchair under diagonally and they have a wrist cradle to rest on and support my arm while they work on my hands. I was more comfortable during this mani than any other time. I will be back. My nails look amazing! Very happy.

Run....don't walk to get your nails done at this amazing shop...There are nail shops all around the Hendersonville/Gallatin area....This shop is the best quality..service..prices hands down..You won't be disappointed!!
