This place is a joke. They don't tell you EVERYTHING when you sign up, and they don't give you a heads up when your about to be charged. And then they charge the wrong card and do not give a refund. This is not the way to run a business. Customer service is a disgrace.

There is this one young girl NOT sure what her problem is but she is either deaf are doesn’t understand English ,,,,she is so rude,,, she literally tells me every time I go with my young daughter that I can’t stay back there while she tans? Really!!! I know that,,,, I’ve told her every time we go to this place that I am putting lotion on her back? I Never stay back there why would I ??♀️ so freaking rude why they hired her is beyond me literally I see pple rolling their eyes at her ….

Why does the prices keep going up? I've been tanning at the same salon for almost 20 years and have had the friends and family for about 15 years. I've always used the instance bed that ran me around 60ish a month, now I have the fastest and am paying 71.00!!!!!! What happen to the friends and family package? As bad as I hate to say, I will be canceling my membership at the end of the month.

I’ve been to several Sun Tan Cities around middle TN and I have to say this location is the worst of the bunch. The beds are poorly maintained. They are not only extremely old beds but they are also filthy! I’m worried about fungal and bacterial infections from using them. Be careful and pre-clean your bed if using this location.

The girls are very so polite to me. Even though I'm silly they're very special. I love every single one of them just with the tanning beds. I mean, the spray beds would be a little bit warmer.

Went in today for a spray tan and Caroline was so kind and sweet to explain everything to me. She let me know all my options and answered all my questions about everything. Great experience at the salon with Caroline :)

They don’t use the timers to ensure a sanitized bed like they have on the doors never.!!! I walked out turned around and walked back in cause I forgot my glasses and they already had someone in bed!!!

Sun Tan City is by far the best and only tanning salon I use anymore. The store is always tidy, organized nicely and most importantly it is kept very clean. Not a finger print inside the tanning bed or any sign someone had just used it. Another really important quality, the wide range of types of beds available. Anywhere from top of the line beds for your tanning conisour as well as the newbie or the "base tanner." I would highly recommend Sunday Tan City to anyone as it is worth a try, everything is at least once. You know what they say...cant judge a book by its cover story or gossip!

I did not know I had a two week time limit on my package I purchased. I went in to get my spray tan, and she advised me. She did not offer to let me have the spray tan. I did not know this place was so hard up for business. Then she proceeded to try to sell me a larger package. I don’t think soooo… terrible customer service. Too expensive as well for the tan you get.Service: Sunbed tanning
