I run a local 501c3 rescue, and SSNA has been an invaluable resource to our community by helping to reduce the numbers of unwanted and abandoned pets here. They have always taken excellent care of every animal I personally have brought in for surgery over these many years, and I am deeply appreciative of their compassion and dedication.

Front office staff very rude. I was backing into my parking place in the front of the building 1/22/24. Snow from the previous week had made the back parking lot a thick solid sheet of ice. As I was backing in I was cut off by the blonde woman that checks pets in in a big white SUV because she apparently wanted her car moved to the front parking lot at 8:45 during drop off. Her actions forced me to stop backing in and my only other option was to park on the sheet of ice in the back. She proceeded to sit in the parking lot until a spot cleared right in the front of the building, she didn’t even park in the place she stole from me! She then came inside and started to check my animal in and was very rude when I told her what she did. Her response when I told her she cut me off while backing into a parking place was “that’s life”. My kitten was then returned with the tip of her nose cut off and a UTI.The facility was also in need of extreme cleaning as the cat urine smell was so bad it burned my nose!

Neutering a rescue to be rehomed. This place is easy in and come back to pick up.
