I recently bought a car with this dealership, and experienced the best customer service ever from a car dealer. The staff were friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend buying a car from this team. I could have gone to another dealer or maker, but decided to buy with them so that I could experience this level of satisfaction throughout my ownership of the car. I actually went to 2 other dealers, and had a miserable experience by comparison. Thank you to Jasmin and Eric and the rest of the team that was super friendly.

What could you actually say about car dealerships that you dont already know. Took my son here to purchase his first car as a young adult. Salesman and test drive went well, but after that, all downhill. We noticed a small rattle on the vehicle prior to the test drive, which was a heat shield. No big deal. The problem was however the dealer addressed the issue and assured us it would be repaired prior to taking delivery of the vehicle. After filling out tons of paperwork that still had incorrect names and addresses, they had to be redone. As we go to pick up the vehicle from final clean up, I asked the salesman if the heat shield was fixed, and he replied yes. Upon further inspection, it was, in fact, NOT FIXED. The heat shield was nowhere to be found and ended up getting tossed in the garbage. After speaking with the service personnel, we were informed that they would gladly replace and install it for us for an additional fee!! They are really good on the bait and switch at this "stealership," so make sure you have EVERYTHING done before signing anything. Thank you for ruining what was supposed to be a pleasant first buying experience for my son on his birthday nonetheless. Word of advice just take your hard earned money elsewhere.

We had a flat tire while driving our Subaru, north of Nashville. Triple A put on a 50 mile tire, but we were 250 miles from home. I called Subaru and they said if we could get there in about 30 min that they'd see whether they could repair or replace. Jerry was so nice! Well, an hour later, we were back on the road. Cost of repair? NOTHING. Fixed our tire for free. Subaru. The best cars, the best service, every time!

These guys are always responsive and keep you informed on the status of your car throughout a service appointment. Clean facilities and plenty of space to set up your laptop if you need to get any work done.

Placed a build request in August 2022 for a specific Outback model. Dealership contacted me and said a model fitting what I wanted would be coming in but to hold it would require $500 deposit, which I paid. Received text from dealer that the car had arrived on Sep. 10th. Scheduled a visit. Upon arrival on Sept. 13th, found that the car was NOTHING like what I requested, plus the dealer had installed about $7,000 of add-ons that I didn't want. After turning down the car, dealer informs me another model would be arriving sometime in October, so I agreed for them to retain the deposit. On Oct. 6th, we found what we wanted at another dealership. I informed Gallatin that I no longer needed their car and requested my $500 deposit be refunded. Was told the refund would take 5-7 business days to post. As of today (Nov. 23rd) no refund has been received. Additionally, the dealership tried applying sales techniques to mentally get me to buy the original car. They kept referring to it as "your car". Your car will be ready . . . Your car is here . . . Your car is being detailed . . . How does your car look . . . This dealership is shady and employs all the old techniques that I thought delareships had evolved away from. The salesman even had the gall to tell me "this is not a great way to do business". Look elsewhere.

In November of 2020 we were told "This will be the best car buying experience you've ever had". In other words, they were calling their shot. I'm a Customer Service/ Customer Experience fanatic. It was a tall order. They hit it out of the park then, and every encounter since. Currently my wife and I are getting our Outback serviced. Akjia has been such a blessing to us! She has been so friendly, the facilities are as clean now as when this location was first opened. Nothing but exceptional service! I wish I could give them more than five stars

They did a good job on my Legacy 3.6r. They had a nice area to wait with complimentary drinks and snacks. Staff was kind and professional. Good experience in all.
