I took my vehicle to this shop because it had pretty good reviews but my experience was quiet bad!! I was having issue with a bumping in my car i told the lady at the counter that i had replace the tires and had a crack in my wheel repaired that had not fixed the problem.I also told her a that i thought maybe the wheel baron but the bumping felt like it was everywhere! She said that it could be and that was an easy to detect by the tech. Ok so i left and went to work and she sends me a text saying that the "Thunking"I was hearing (never mentioned thunking) was the motor mount and transmision mount.That is what the tech found to be the problem.The cost would be $700 (including a oil change that I did not request!)So i said ok just fix it .So after that i get another text with invoice that says the "T he thunking sound that you were hearing has been repaired but the tech test drove the vehicle and has found that the right rear wheel bearing is bad!!!! Oh and the repair price for both + the oil change i never asked for is $1078.I told her i couldnt afford it right now but paid for invoice over phone and sent my son to pick car up.How about my car is doing the exact same thing bumping had he test drove it or just checked checked the tires not just guessed!!! Im not saying i didnt need motor mounts but that was not what i took it in for or it would have fixed the bumping.Ladies watch out for this place they saw me coming and took advantage

Super nice and helpful people! The lady up front helped us take our front shield off when it partially broke on a road trip and we were in a pinch. If we were locals we would totally come back. 10/10.

Don't let the state of the shop fool you. This is a straight-up auto repair shop. Great customer experience, good mechanics, and reasonable prices. For the first time in 10 years, I got out of a repair shop for less than a thousand dollars.

Excellent!!While passing through their town,I had surprise no-start vehicle at 05:00am.I called them when they opened and they recommended a local Tow contractor(Savior Towing).Tow happened quickly and repairs happened very quickly.Thank you for helping me with my repairs!!!(Stop in their lobby to pet a couple dogs if you’re passing through)
