Drive thru window ladies are SUPER NICE; but I do agree that on days that are considered pay days for instance, like the first few days of the month for retirement people or ppl that are disable that may have trouble getting out if their cars to go inside the bank that other employees should be able to jump in and help at the window.Customers should just be kind and cordial, do business and move along.”
