The door wouldn't come down far enough for the lock to work. I stood on the pull handle and it wasn't down far enough. I was given another unit but it was locked. Not sure when it'll be unlocked. Breaking the lease if it's still locked next week.

I've been moved out for almost a month and the site manager still has not done and inspection to close me out so i keep on getting emails, texts, and mail about late payments. I've call the support phone number to address this issue but they say they can't do anything until the site manager does a close out inspection. It's really unacceptable for me to be moved out for almost a month and to still not to have it closed out yet.

One star just like the review before mine there wasn't a problem with the unit itself The problem is the management I have been moved out for 6 weeks or better and the unit manager has not closed my account out yet either therefore I keep getting emails saying that I need to make my payment I've had to call customer service twice regarding this they say there's nothing they can do even though they're the ones that were able to set the account up in the first place I have lived up to my end of the agreement and I feel like Red Dot should live up to theirs manager can't simply walk back and close out the unit after 6 weeks , That's LAME I've lived up to my end of the agreement it's time for Red Dot to live up to theirs not happy.
